Enjoy breathtaking views from this peaceful haven with everything you need to feel at home, making it the ideal place to create new vacation memories. From the moment you arrive at this comfy, pet-friendly coastal retreat and see the glimmering bay, you'll feel transported to a carefree world. Ideally situated Bayfront, it grants a sandy beach and incomparable sunset views. It is only a 2-minute walk to experience the town's dining, shopping & the Beach. Life here is easy, convenient and fun.

The space

The house has an open kitchen/dining/living room floor plan with direct bay views.

Living Room:
The bright, airy living room features a comfy sofa and loveseat, additional bench seating, a generous cocktail table, and a 55" Flat-Screen Smart TV for streaming your favorite channels. the adjoining sitting room with a daybed is perfect for relaxing and taking in the view.

Dining Area
Enjoy meals together at the solid wood table which comfortably seats 10. It is also the perfect place to play a fun game or cards.

Lounge Area:
The spiral staircase leads to the 
Upper-level lounge/workspace with a desk and a Flat Screen TV with a Firestick. The room is semi-open to below and is an ideal lounge or workspace, if work needs to be done on vacation. The comfortable couch transforms into a queen bed if desired.
Kitchen:
Well equipped with cookware, glasses, dishes and utensils. Air-conditioned, with a ceiling fan to keep cool. Drip coffee maker and a Keurig. 
Microwave, Dishwasher, Electric Convection Range, Refrigerator/Freezer with Ice Maker.

Bedrooms:
The cozy coastal chic design carries into all 5 bedrooms. All air-conditioned bedrooms have beautiful linens and extra pillows. Luggage racks are provided for easy unpacking. Closets and drawers are empty and ready to be filled with all your belongings. Four Bedrooms. are on the lower level and One Bedroom is upstairs.

Bedroom #1
provides a spacious sumptuous stay with three exposures, including a view of the bay. There is a King Bed, Armoire, two nightstands and a desk where you can get some work done. 

Bedroom #2
A peaceful room with double exposures, a Queen Bed, two nightstands and a console table. A ceiling fan along with an air-conditioner provide options for your comfort.

Bedroom #3
Has courtyard views, full and twin bed,  nightstands and a bookcase stocked with books, puzzles and games for all ages. A ceiling fan along with an air-conditioner provide options for your comfort.

Bedroom #4
Furnished with a pair of twin beds, and a nightstand.
A ceiling fan along with an air-conditioner provide options for your comfort.

Bedroom #5

A spiral staircase leads to the upper level's serene skylighted bedroom which has a Queen Bed, two nightstands and an upholstered bench.

Bathrooms:
There are two full windowed bathrooms on the lower level.
One bathroom has a shower/tub and the other has a walk-in shower.
Fluffy white towels are provided.
There is also an outdoor shower on the back deck.

Guest access

Guests have private access to the entire house, including a private beach area with a garden, overlooking the bay. Enjoy the outdoor seating area with a picnic table, market umbrella and Adirondack chairs, located across from the front door adjacent to a shared walkway.

Other things to note

Our minimum rental stay is 6 nights. There is a spiral staircase connecting the 2 levels, which guests with young children should acknowledge.
We love dogs, but you MUST ask before booking, as sometimes guests who are very allergic have booked after you and we need to make sure that we provide a safe space for them, too. Please provide information such as age, breed, weight, if it is house-trained, or crate trained, how much barking to expect and for how long it will be left alone at a time.

RENTAL Agreement and RULES

1. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the home.
2. Persons other than those in the Guest party, set forth above may not stay overnight
at the Property.
3. The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the
Property or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. It is agreed that Guests, and others whom they invite to use the premises,
are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Property.
4. The Property and all furnishings shall be kept in good order.
5. Pets - Prior approval is required with a $75 additional cleaning fee. Please administer flea and
tick prevention prior to arrival. If the pet will be on furniture, provided quilts must be used to
cover the furniture.
6. Parking: Please get in touch with Fire Island Terminal regarding parking needs:

There is a paid parking lot located at the ferry terminal for you to leave your vehicle. We
encourage
you to allow for extra time during the peak travel season.
7. Cleaning and Linen Service Policy: The home has pillows, linens, blankets and towels. The cleaning
service will clean the house and linens on guest departure. The home is provided with a starter set
of toilet paper and paper towels. Owners do not guarantee that these items will be replenished, and
guests may need to replenish their own paper goods, toiletries, laundry detergent, etc.
At time of Check Out, please place used towels in the bathtub. All debris, rubbish and discards should be put in plastic bags and brought to the curb with your recyclable items. Soiled dishes and cooking utensils need to go in the dishwasher. Turn off a/c's. Double-check for personal belongings.

8. Storms and Inclement Weather: No refunds will be given for storms or inclement weather, even if a
mandatory evacuation is ordered. Optional travel insurance may be obtained through a third party.
9. Minimum Age: Anyone under 25 years old needs approval prior to booking.
No third-party booking. Adults cannot rent property on behalf of underage guests.
Any additional guests (not on the registration form) are subject to the Owner’s approval.
10. No Flushable Wipes of any kind: They clog the town's 100-year-old pipes and will require a plumber
service call.
