Notice re Sanitizing
The safety and health of our rental groups is our main concern. We are greatly increasing our cleaning procedures, disinfecting the most sensitive areas between rental group turnovers. Our house will be professionally cleaned, as usual, and sanitized by our regular, long-term house cleaner. We are paying particular attention to the following:
Exterior doorknobs and slider handles
Interior slider handles and handrails
Interior doorknobs – bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets
Bath and shower control handles
Refrigerator and oven handles
All kitchen counter top appliances

I have an exhaustive Operating Manual to assist guests in having an easier time of getting the most of out of their stay at 90 Seabay Walk. This is a NO SMOKING house. No groups involving more than 14 people total, please, including no groups under 21 years old, and no all-male groups of any age, please. No more table candles please. Too risky.
If you are evicted from my house by the police for any reason relating to your behavior or that of your guests, including but not limited to excessive noise, you agree that you will have no recourse against me. You will have not more than 14 people staying at the house during this time. You may have additional guests but agree not to have a large party.
• No pets are allowed in the Rental Unit or its surrounding grounds without advance permission. The Owner levies fines against violators in the amount of $200. This amount will be paid by the Renter to the Owner when a violation occurs.
• The signer of the lease will stay on the premises and will not allow unaccompanied minors to stay in the house overnight at any time or for any reason.
• The Rental Unit shall not be utilized for house parties.
• The Rental Unit is equipped with a wood-burning stove. Large, roaring fires are not permitted and will cause damage to the flue and possibly the building. Fires must be small in nature and the wood -burning stove must be operated responsibly with doors closed at all times to avoid fire.
• The Rental Unit is furnished and equipped by the Owner. The Owner will not be responsible for providing additional furnishings, appliances or equipment.
• Any locked hot tub, rooms or closets are reserved for storage of the Owner’s possessions and shall not be disturbed by the Renter. Penalty is $500.00.
• Renter shall not sublet the Rental Unit or any part of it or assign his rights under the lease Agreement in any manner.
