Conveniently located in the hamlet of Boiceville, town of Olive between Woodstock and Phoenicia. Get away to the great outdoors by hiking on several nearby trails. Walk or bike on the Ashokan Rail Trail along the Ashokan Reservoir.

This comfortable, luxurious, and charming retreat is just what you've been looking for. Featuring three spacious bedrooms furnished with queen-sized beds, and an open living, and dining room that invites comfortable gatherings. Large farm table and 'fireplace' couch, a separate TV room with a pullout couch, a fully equipped kitchen with a center island, and all necessary amenities. Enjoy gorgeous mountain views from the windows or front porch of Little Silver with plenty of room to relax and enjoy yourself! And if needed, speedy internet allows a work session as well.
