House is available for the full summer - Memorial Day through Labor Day ONLY!!!
Newly renovated immaculate Cape Cod Beach House with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms located in Atlantic Beach, NY 11509. Includes access to private beach 2 blocks from the home. Master Bedroom has balcony facing East to see sunrise. Front Porch with circular table and 4 chairs on one side, 3 chairs and table on opposite side of porch.
Rear yard completely fenced in with dining table for 6 on paving stones and outdoor couch and 2 end chairs with coffee table on Trex Decking underneath a beautiful pergola. The outdoor shower and gas grill also are off the Trex decking.
Master Bedroom on 2nd floor has Queen sized bed. 2nd bedroom on 2nd floor has one twin bed, Peloton Bike and home gym. 3rd bedroom on 1st floor has pull-down Queen sized Murphy Bed. The kitchen has eat-in area with 4 barstools. Rear room on 1st floor has a dining table that seats 6.
Home office with desk and computer if needed for working remote. Ductless A/C throughout house.
Our rate includes a bi-weekly cleaning for the 90 day stay.

Perfect Summer Beach House for couple from New York City or surrounding area. Nearest LIRR Station is 1.7 miles from house with a less than an hour train ride to Penn Station. The nearest "A" Train Station is 2.1 miles away from house. House has home office if you need to work remote or you are on a hybrid schedule. You will enjoy access to a private beach 2 blocks from the house. Quiet one-way street with little traffic. Quiet neighborhood. Three local restaurants, one literally a 2 minute walk, 2nd one a 5 minute walk and 3rd one a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive.

About the Owner
My name is Joe Matthews. I am a retired Captain from the New York City Fire Department. I have owned the house for 12 years and I live alone here. I am due for an adventure so I plan on biking across the country this summer. I have rented the home out in the past and everyone who has rented it absolutely LOVED it. It really is a Great Beach House in a perfect location.
