× About Joe Beck Completely renovated 2008. I lived just north of Fire Island and went to high school there. I first went to Fire Island as a child with my family many years ago. We rode the Fire Island Queen, which has long-since been retired. I returned to Kismet in the 1980's as an adult and fell in love with Fire Island again. Joe Beck purchased this house in 2001

We loved everything about it. The house has 5 lovely bedrooms. Upstairs is a very spacious, open floor plan with kitchen, dining area and living room. Everything was top of the line. We enjoyed every minute!! Short walk to beach and amazing sunsets!!

I have been coming to Kismet for many years and have never stayed in a house that was as comfortable as this one. Open floor plan living area with beautifully renovated kitchen, central AC, 5 bedrooms tastefully decorated and comfortable. Joe the owner of the house is a very nice guy, the house is well maintained and everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation is available. Great way to enjoy the beach and not miss out on the modern comforts of home.

Just finished 3 week at 90 Seabay Walk and already planning 4 weeks next year! There is nothing like sitting on that deck as the sun sets over the bay while listening to the waves from the ocean in the distance. This place has everything and more. Clean, well stocked kitchen supplies, linens, towels, great home entertainment system, bikes, kayak, great view of lighthouse and a short walk to market.

This house exceeded expectations! Downstairs, it has 5 spacious bedrooms along with 2 full bathrooms and access to a lower deck with an outdoor shower. Upstairs, there is a beautiful, modern kitchen, large dining area and a spacious living room with access to a huge deck that overlooks the Great South Bay. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Joe, the owner, was also very responsive and willing to make our stay as nice as possible.
