Enjoy beach life at our New Construction light and bright Ocean Bay Park home. The home has a main house and a private guest cottage. The main house has 3 bedrooms, and 3 full baths with a little TV area on the first floor, an open concept living room and kitchen with a 1/2 bath on the second floor, and a fabulous roof deck which provides stunning bay to ocean views. Step out onto the back deck located off the first floor and you will find the private guest cottage with a king-sized bed and full bath, a heated swimming pool and an outdoor shower. We are ideally located on a quiet street in OBP, steps from the sand and only a 20-minute walk or 10-minute bike ride to the Village of Ocean Beach.

House is completely equipped with Wifi, all linens, towels, washer, dryer, TV, gas BBQ grill, beach chairs (all the things you should need for a great vacation). Just bring your bathing suit.
Please note that we have a 6 night minimum for all bookings. Check in Friday, Check out Thursday
