Seaview: Classic Beach House.
Pleasant and comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Sleeps 6, in 3 air-conditioned rooms.
Back bedroom has queen bed with separate bathroom with shower and private entrance.
All bedrooms are air conditioned.
Spacious living room area.
Newly renovated kitchen with new cabinets, floor and counters; all new appliances.
Fenced-in green backyard has large attached deck with built-in benches. Outdoor Weber propane BBQ grill,
FIOS WiFi, and Satellite TV.
Our house was completely and professionally renovated in 2013. Everything inside is (almost) new.
Two bedrooms have two twin beds each. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and attached bath.
Enclosed outdoor shower with hot water.
Great location, bicycle and pedestrian friendly. close to Seaview Market, beach, bay, and village of Ocean Beach.
Please note that our minimum stay is six nights.
Rentals begin on Monday at 12 PM and end on Sunday at 4 PM so that you have another beach day.

There are no cars on Fire Island. We are within a few minutes walk of the beach, bay, market, and Ocean Beach. Bikes, linens, towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas are supplied.

This house was built by our grandfather 60 years ago. It was completely renovated in 2013. We stay here every year with our family.
