Enjoy gathering in the generously-sized living room area graced by a fireplace and huge floor-to-ceiling windows where you can watch the deer and bunnies trounce through your yard daily. This 5 bedroom, 3.5 Bath home is fully equipped with a heated saltwater pool, gaming area with large flat screen, small extra room or children's theater room, fireplaces, office, and lovely pool area.
The recently-renovated gourmet kitchen will inspire your inner chef with its granite counters, seating, stainless steel appliances, and glass sliding doors that lead out to a covered deck. Excellent washer and dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Electric car charger which you can use to (gratuitously) charge your Tesla, Porsche Taycan or whatever electric car you drive.
The first floor features a large kitchen, den w/ fireplace, updated 1/2 bath, living room with fireplace, bedroom, and sunroom. Upstairs has a spacious master suite with a beautiful bath with a soaking tub, three additional bedrooms, and a main, white-marble bath which was renovated with a Whirlpool tub in early 2021. The landscaped yard includes an 18x36 in-ground, heated pool.
All of this is minutes from West-Hampton Village and all three of the top-rated beaches in the area. This is a perfect place to call home!

Nice property
We had a lovely time. Well stocked home and owner was extremely responsive when we needed something. She installed a bed on the main level, which was so nice for our elderly parent. Only issue is the garage door only opens manually, which was a problem. But overall, we loved our time there.

Great stay in East Moriches
My family had a great stay at the property. There were 7 of us in total and we had more than enough room.
House was clean and comfortable and we got a lot of use of the backyard and pool.
Thanks to Meg for being so helpful with the rental process and being available as needs arose!

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Meg and Kent were great!
The property was beautiful, well maintained and stocked for most needs. We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children under 7. The pool was clean and they had plenty of pool toys available to play with. My only complaint about the pool was that it got deep quickly but the kids had a ball so it wasn’t a problem at all. There were also locks on the sliding doors which was a nice precaution when you have small children. The house was off the beaten path but still within a short drive to most amenities (groceries, pharmacy, restaurants). The kids were having so much fun at the pool they didn’t want to go to the beach, so I can’t speak to the beach. It rained one day and we went to an in door arcade/bouncy house (safari adventure) which was a life saver. A few notes for parents. Bring a pack and play if you have a kid in a crib. They also have a staircase so we brought a pet gate for the top of the stairs. There were a few pieces of furniture which we were a little concerned about the kids knocking down our climbing but we easily moved them out of the way. They have bath tubs which was fantastic for bath time because so many homes only have showers. They also supplied towels for the pool, which was also helpful in lightening the packing load. All in all a great time was had by all!

Amazing House near Westhampton
We just came back from this beautiful house. We spent 10 days there and we loved it. We stayed with our boys ages 13, 16 and 19. The house is super clean and comfortable with a great kitchen. The pool is amazing and we spent a lot of time outside. It's near Cupsogue beach which is beautiful. Meg and Kent were super nice and responsive.

Wonderful, spacious home for summer getaway
We had a great time at Meg and Kent's place, which was spacious and well-appointed with everything we needed. They were also both super responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay. There were plenty of places to gather, from the beautiful kitchen, to the screened-in porch to the pool area. The location was also convenient to Easthampton and its beautiful beaches. Great stay!

Fantastic weekend getaway
We had a great time at the house! We only had 2 couples, and had plenty of room at this house. The heated pool was great as well. Meg was very accommodating and attentive and checked in (via text) mid way through the trip. The property is in a nice quiet area with a little town close by. We would definitely love to come back!

Great place and very loving hosts
We stayed at the property for 9 days and had a great time. The pool was really great and the kids had a blast. They had a lot of floats and other toys for the pool which kept the kids busy. Meg also was very diligent with our needs and kept checking on us on a regular basis. It is a clean house and very close to beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. There are three TV's - with Netflix and other cable accesses across all of them. A deer family visited us 2-3x a day with bunnies in the backyard - which our kids loved. Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to relax and unwind a bit.
