Walk into this home at the end of a quiet cul de sac, to an open floor plan with a living room, dining room, family room and eat-in kitchen surrounded by sliding glass doors overlooking the large brand new deck and a waterfall and pond and spectacular landscaping! On this main floor, there are two King size bedrooms and one queen size bedroom as well as three bathrooms. In the newly renovated lower level there is one queen size bedroom and two other rooms with a full and twin bed in each one. The lower level also has a living room with a very large sectional couch and a 75" television.

There is plenty of bedding and towels for the entire home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals including an extra beverage refrigerator.

The TWO Weber barbecues get super HOT and the outdoor seating and umbrellas will provide an ideal environment for your outdoor dining. Surrounding the brand new heated pool are comfortable lounge chairs and the brand new gazebo with two couches, two rocking chairs a cocktail table and an outdoor refrigerator.  Pool towels are also provided.  The property is conveniently located between the towns of East Quogue and Hampton Bays. All of your shopping and dining needs are with minutes of the home.

There is the Shinnecock Bay beach at the end of Squires Ave and the local ocean beach is Ponquogue beach within Hampton Bays.  

The sound system for the entire home is on a SONOS system and there is Wifi throughout the home including by the pool. JUST BRING YOUR FOOD AND CLOTHES (and the SUN) and you are set for a great vacation!!!
