Parking is available for 2 cars off-street. The building is on the ocean beach and only two blocks to town. Accessible to free Hopper shuttle to explore the harbor area and other fun spots! Rita is the manager and she provides linens and cleaning services. Located only 4 blocks from the Jitney bus stop. The unit has a full size fridge and fully functional kitchen. Only steps away to the amazing Harvest on Fort Pond Bay restaurant and Main Street! Access to parking in space 3. Beach access is steps away.

Guests enjoy ocean-view dining on front deck. I’m available via phone or text with any issues. You’re on the ocean and nearby all of the stores and restaurants in town. This building is the first oceanfront building on the beach in town. You’re a block away from IGA (supermarket). There are protected dunes on one side that overlook the ocean. There are 5 more beachfront hotels east of Ocean End. Mini golf and boat rentals are minutes away.

Ditch plains beach is 3 miles away. The Montauk Lighthouse is 8 miles away. Plaza sports is nearby for a bike, moped, surfboards, and all other rental needs. There is something for everyone! Can park your car and walk anywhere. Walkable from Hampton Jitney and a quick free shuttle from the train! Guest must pay occupancy tax prior to arrival, rate is 11.625 percent. Price is based on double occupancy.

I’m RN and a single mom to 3 kiddos. Montauk has been our healing place after my husband passed from ALS. We are happy to share our special paradise!

MONTAUK OCEAN FRONT!

We’ve vacationed in Montauk a number of times over the years, but this was our first time staying at this property. The location of this unit is absolutely AMAZING! The condo complex is built into the dunes and is truly right on the beach. The IGA grocery store is walkable one block down the street. The main circle in town is ~3-4 blocks walking (less than 5 minutes).

We visited during covid, so restaurants are pick up only, but they were all open and we had no problems walking to grab a coffee, pastry, or meal to go because everything is so close. No car was ever needed when staying here.

Laura’s unit had beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, beach games and more. It made it so easy to just show up and have a relaxing beach getaway without all of the crazy packing.

We loved the deck/patio area and made use of it every minute we weren’t on the beach. This is a shared deck with the other units, but everyone was incredibly friendly and made us feel comfortable and welcome. It appeared that each unit had a dedicated outdoor table, which was also nice.

We’re already looking to plan our next trip out again this summer and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

MONTAUK OCEAN FRONT!

My husband and I wanted a quiet weekend away, just the two of us, where we could basically be on the beach the whole time, and, boy, did Laura’s place deliver! The apartment is right on the ocean front, and the glorious smells and sounds of the water were everywhere. We fell asleep to the crashing waves.

The apartment, itself, is really more of bungalow, two-room kind of situation: there was a comfortable bed in the bedroom, but there wasn’t really much space to hang out inside in the main room/kitchen/potential other bedroom. The bathroom and kitchen are both pretty outdated and could be refreshed, but if you just want someplace simple, convenient and incomparable in terms of location, this is it. What’s more, Laura was absolutely delightful to deal with, professional and warm. We would happily stay here again because the few “flaws” didn’t matter much to us for this kind of a weekend away.

Laura's home is in the perfect location for Montauk; you're steps away from the beach, and then can walk to town for ice cream or food when you've had your share of the sun. The neighbors and other tenants are lovely. A great getaway location in Montauk!

Laura’s place is wonderfully located right on the beach and a couple minutes walk to shops, and restaurants in town. It’s a beautiful apartment, clean with an abundant amount of natural light as well as very cute decor. I definitely recommend staying!
