The space
The white shaker eat-in kitchen features stainless appliances, oversized quartzite island, indoor & outdoor dining, 48” dual fuel range with double convection ovens & 8 burner gas range with griddle & pot filler, overhead hood with direct vent & lighting, silent dw, Kohler faucets with pull out powersprayers, prep sink with instant hot & filtered cold, drawer microwave, wine fridge, coffee/wet bar, Nespresso cap/espresso machine, under cabinet lighting, driftwood open shelves & handmade zellige tile backsplash.
The mud room & pantry connect the front yard entrance to the backyard & kitchen, with access to the main floor powder room right off the mud room, for easy bathroom trips from the pool area. There is a primary suite downstairs with private full bath & additional main bedrooms upstairs with double closets. Fourth bedroom is a loft/bunk style with a full bed and a twin bed, perfect for children or teens. Shared bathroom upstairs with oversized soaking tub & shower featuring Grohe multifunction rain shower. Laundry room features double sets of machines, folding & hanging space & slop sink.
Besides a fully stocked kitchen, we also provide towels, linens, pool towels, pool floats, poolside melamine drinkware & dining sets, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels & toys, cooler & bicycles.

Set high on a hill right by the Montauk Manor, enjoy gentle breezes through the backyard & pool area, which is surrounded by lush trees & shrubs, cocooning you from the outside world. The house & grounds were entirely redone in winter 2023 & every winter we do an upgrade or add more amenities. The central location can't be beat, it's only 3 minutes to town, 5 to Ditch or the Docks. You're one street removed from Fairview Avenue, which loops around the Golf Course. Convenient for walking, biking or running routes, you can also easily walk to town, ocean beaches, or down the hill to Surf Lodge, Roberta’s, the train station, and beyond. The historic Montauk Manor is nearby with incredible sunsets over the bay & a restaurant/bar in the restored 1920’s lobby.
A tranquil color palate and hardwood floors create the backdrop for a beautiful and relaxing space, carefully appointed with custom furniture, local artwork & driftwood accents. Other things to note
We are willing to consider fully house broken pets that do not chew, scratch, dig, bark, are picked up after outside & are kept off the furniture at all times. We have a pet fee. It is $350 per animal.
Bathrooms: Main floor powder room between the mud room & kitchen
Main floor bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom with full size walk-in shower.
Upstairs has a shared bathroom with oversized soaking tub/shower.
Outdoor shower is a 5x5 walk-in spa like shower between the mud room & pool.
We provide everything we can think of to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. We leave the kitchen fully stocked with spices, condiments, plenty of cookware, cutlery & dining sets. There is ample Tupperware, sippy cups, baby spoons, kids plates & bowls, a booster seat & a pack n play. We fully stock paper towels, toilet paper, tissues & Lysol wipes, as well as mini hotel soaps, shampoos & conditioners. There is a stash of dw pods, laundry pods, stain sprays, etc. Iron & board, hairdryers. Desks for WFH.

Additional Property Information
Preference is given to rentals for the full summer season, to rentals of one month or longer, and to rentals of over 15 days. We are allowed to accept a limited number of rentals for less than 15 days. Preference is given to families, as EH Town law prohibits too many unrelated guests in one rental. Small groups of responsible adults will be considered on a case by case basis. Please inquire for more information.

Policies
EH Town Rental Law: No more than 4 cars, or 4 unrelated guests overnight in a rental property. No parking on street. No excessive or late night noise
Pets Considered, provided they are fully potty trained, do not chew, scratch, dig, bark, are picked up after outside & are trained to stay off the furniture at all times.
Please remember to count your children, including infants, when inquiring. We have a pack n play as well as some other kid's items.
We allow a maximum of 6 adults. Our total max is 6 adults plus 2 children, for 8 total guests.
Suffolk County charges a 3% tax on all rentals of less than 30 days.
If a booking is cancelled more than 6 months before arrival, a refund of the rest of the funds will be available.
If a booking is cancelled between 4 and 6 months before arrival, 50% will be refunded after the $1500 "hold" deposit.
No refunds for cancellations less than 4 months in advance.
About the Owner
Dana is a Montauk native and grew up around the corner. She met Jason in Breckenridge in 2001 and after traveling around and enjoying Breck winters, the two returned to Montauk permanently in 2013. They work full time at the family business in town. They bought and flipped a unit in Montauk Shores, and have now purchased this house. The pair's hard work along with Dana's love of home design brought their first property some recognition & a quick sale last summer.

Why Dana chose Montauk: 21 Fenwick is around the corner from where Dana grew up and is one of the most convenient locations in town. You can get anywhere on back roads avoiding traffic, and its central location means everything is within 5 minutes of the house. On top of that, the property was so private! The medium sized house, large yard, and even larger wooded area screamed potential. Jason loves the woods & Dana loves the sun, so it was perfect for us both. We can walk to my mom's, sister's, and my best friend's house all in about 3 minutes! We spent all winter tirelessly renovating & any repeat tenant can expect even more upgrades as the years go by.
What makes this house unique: This home is located steps away from Dana's sister, Bri's house at 57 Fairlawn, The Shea's at 44 Fairlawn, and The Davis's at 48 Fairlawn. The Murtha house is across the golf course. Dana's father has a lakeside cottage at 2 S. Perfect house
The house had everything we needed and was super clean, comfy and really pretty. The backyard is incredible. Love the deck off the kitchen and outdoor shower was the nicest one I’ve seen. The host was really great, helpful and accommodating. Love this house.

Wonderful home, wonderful hosts, wonderful location
Charming 3 bedroom with incredibly well stocked kitchen. I’ve never seen a kitchen with so many amenities. Perfect for us, because we cooked in several nights - especially with Covid.
Beautiful walk to the beach. Host was extremely attentive, although we really didn’t need anything - everything was available. All texts with stupid questions were answered immediately. You can tell that the owners care very much about this home- which has clearly been updated. Very comfortable. We really had everything we wanted, and probably more. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this home. And hosts are lovely, friendly, caring people. Could not have chosen a better place for our family.
And the beds are very very comfortable.

Everything you could want in a home away from home!
My family, myself and my pets stayed at this lovely modern farmhouse home that was clean, attention to details, stocked with anything you would need, close to everything and owners at your call with any questions! On arrival we were greeted by Dana who took the time to show us around her beautiful home and fill with all the information we needed to know. The online images of her home are great and helped us make our decision, if only they could capture the comfort you feel staying there :-). We loved every moment and were disappointed we couldn't stay another week because of course it was already booked, hopefully though we can return next year! Thank you so much Dana and Jason!

Property as Promised!
We just returned from a four night stay in this lovely Montauk home. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer. First, the host Dana was incredibly gracious with answering questions prior to booking. We scheduled this trip last minute and the host was responsive to each and every request for information. Upon arrival, which was seemless, host Jason arrived to greet us within two minutes of pulling into the driveway. Again,he was inviting and responsive to all questions. We had two dogs, two kids, my wife and I. The home was the perfect size. The outdoor area which includes a totally fenced-in backyard (perfect for dogs) contains a lovely outdoor shower, deck, grill, hammocks and seating area. There is a table to eat al fresco or inside weather depending. The kitchen was fully stocked with any items that you would need, including pots,pans, cutlery, ziplocks, foil, everything and anything! The washer/dryer was large and conveniently located in the basement of the home. The town of Montauk is a quick car-ride (2 minutes) or bike ride away. If you want to walk to town you can certainly do so if you are physically fit. There was ample free parking all over town including the beach which was beautiful. I highly recommend this property.

Well appointed house. Uber attentive owners to all your needs. Fenced yard is perfect for dogs.
The beds and bedding were top shelf. The kitchen is stocked and accessorized better than our own kitchen. Loved it. Washer and dryer are huge and very beneficial. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Close to town and the beach. VERY dog friendly front porch, rear deck, and backyard. That was paramount for us. Owners are very attentive and instantly responsive to any questions. Great entertainment set up in living room and each of the bedrooms. Definite 5 star choice.

Relaxing stay! Tons of fun!
Dana and Jason were GREAT hosts! Their home was the perfect size for our group! Everything was clean and renovated recently. Kitchen was stunning, we cooked almost every night! They left all the linens we would need and were so helpful if we had any questions. BBQ was great and outdoor shower was so handy when we tanned in the yard. So much space we were able to set up some yard games and had a blast! Can’t wait to stay again next summer! THANKS AGAIN!
