Charming, clean, private, quiet, 2 bed one bath ocean view apartment 500 feet from door to ocean beach through lovely dunes. Dine inside or out with the view of the moon rising over the breaking waves. Includes use of BBQ and the fire pit. Full kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, sink, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pots pans dishes etc.. Space: Master bedroom with King bed that can become two twins and second bedroom with twin beds that can be made into a king bed. Guest access You will have access to the apartment and the storage area below for beach gear, bikes, etc Other things to note Special
Note: We are prepared for the Coronavirus, with extra disinfecting and thorough cleaning of all surfaces, and of course, we urge our guests to take precautions and bring products they rely on with them. Please note: We have minimum stay requirements of 2 days. We will respond to specific inquiries. There is a lifeguard beach .4 miles to the East at the beginning of Montauk Village.
PLEASE NOTE - no dishwasher or washer and dryer. We provide linens and towels in a one-time setup, as noted in the linen setup fee. A self and full-service laundromat a half-mile away will do your wash while you do something fun.

I live and work in the Hamptons as a Licenced Real Estate Broker and will use this place off season as my beach house. Love water sports and this place is ideal for anyone like me who likes surfing, golf, family beach picnic, walks and runs on the beach, watching the sun and moon rise over the ocean.

A great place to stay in Montauk
Krae's cottage was a great place to stay in Montauk. It was perfect for us, cozy and close to everything. We enjoyed a relaxing time. Krae was accommodating, communicative and very nice. We hope to be back!

Easy to get around without a car
We had a really wonderful trip here. It was so easy to get around without a car, and easy access right to the beach. Everything was easy to understand and clean. It was lovely!

Perfect for our family
Amazing stay. Perfect for our family of 4 (2 small kids). So convenient to town (kids could scooter in on sidewalk) and beach and the house had everything we needed. The garden, outdoor seat/table and outdoor shower made the stay extra special. We didn’t use the bbq and fire pit, but maybe next time! We also had a couple of deer visits and fireflies at night. The pictures and other reviews are spot on, we would highly recommend Krae’s place and look forward to coming back. Thanks for being a wonderful host, Krae and Janet.

Phenomenal location! We'll definitely come back
My husband and I just spent a lovely and relaxing week at Krea's cozy bungalow. The location is phenomenal.....you only have to walk down the pebbled driveway across the street and down a natural scenic path to the spectacular ocean beach.
The cottage is clean, bright and airy; kitchen, bathroom well stocked; comfortable beds, couches. The ocean views from the dining table and bedroom are great; as well as the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore. We used the quiet yard, Adirondack chairs, BBQ and table and chair daily for morning coffee and dinners .The outdoor shower is a plus. Although we didn't walk into town, it's certainly in a perfect location for that also!
We would definitely try to make a return visit later this year or next summer.!!
