Great stay on the beach
House is a great place to relax and enjoy the beach. Beautiful view of the bay with excellent sunset. House is large and comfortably fits a group with the 7 bedrooms. Steven is a great host - extremely helpful and friendly.

Great house, great homeowner
My friends and I booked Steven's house last-minute for a quiet NYE gathering. Steven prepared the house in record time and even got the hot tub cleaned and operational. He's a great guy and is very invested in his guests having a wonderful time at his house. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic weekend getaway; Steven was terrific, we met at the property he gave us a brief and sweet tour. Beautiful property, my 8 yr, and 10 yr and their teenage cousins enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Steven, thank you for sharing this fantastic property. The rooms are spacious, with breathing taking views, especially the water view rooms, ample bathroom for a group of 12 ppl. spacious family area for game night—a lower level, which is a treat (more space). The property is close to the beach. THANK YOU!!!!

Amazing family vacation
This was absolutely perfect for a family vacation. The pool was terrific for keeping little kids busy and has nice views for the adults to enjoy. The property is a very short walk to a beautiful beach. Just a perfect spot. The host was incredibly helpful and always available.
