SUMMER 2024 DATES NOW OPEN - June 17th to Labor Day are usually one week or more rentals with check-in and out on Saturdays. Please get in touch with other requests and questions. 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, 4,200 sq ft cedar shingle home with high-end finishings, appliances and the latest technology throughout, including the fastest available Gigabit internet service, Sonos sound system, Streaming TVs, Nest controlled 4 zone heating and AC system, Bikes and Games including a professional-grade slate pool and billiard table and a children’s play area with toys and an indoor bounce house. Work from home with desks, tables for group conferencing, gigabit internet, and printer.
The heated pool is open from April to mid-November. April, October, and November use subject to appropriate weather conditions. Quiet traffic-free private cul-de-sac location with just two houses. Kids can play throughout the front and back yards. Private back yard, not overlooked, includes an outside patio and heated saltwater 40ft pool and deck in a separate fenced-in area with secure gates with all-day sun. New patio and pool furniture including tables, seating for twelve and chaise lounges. Selection of pool toys.
The pool and backyard have outside lighting for use after dark. 2 foldaway Cribs, plus a Fisher-Price Ultra-Lite Day and Night Play Yard and a High Chair Ocean beaches are just over 1.5 miles away, less than 5 minutes drive by car or taxi or easy bike ride. Beach equipment including chairs, sun shades, towels, cooler, wagons, toys. Outdoor and indoor Tennis courts are available nearby (within walking distance) at Westhampton Beach Tennis & Sport, Wholistic Tennis Academy, and Westhampton Beach High School. Lessons are available for adults and children.
Open floor plan with living room, dining room, games & media room, chef’s kitchen with marble countertops and continuous backsplash, GE Monogram appliances, with range & griddle, Advantium speed cook wall oven/microwave, french door fridge/freezer, separate beverage center, dishwasher and counter seating for 6 persons.
A separate dining room will seat a further 12 people. Several seating areas for families and friends to relax and visit. All new furniture and beds throughout. Smart TV’s on first floor and media/games room with Sonos soundbar home theater, Apple TV & Roku streaming boxes with access to cable TV and our wide array of programming and on-demand TV shows and videos, including Netflix and Amazon. 6 bedrooms include large master suite with separate bath and shower.
High capacity Maytag washer and dryer. Iron and board. Recessed LED lighting throughout. Built-in garage. 7 foot tournament size Slate Pool/Billiard Table with Simonis Professional Cloth. Pool and Snooker balls. Weber Genesis 2 gas grill with iGrill3 cooking probes and charcoal grill. 4 adult and 4 kids bicycles. Burley Honey Bee 2-seat bike trailer with additional storage space for infants/toddlers/children and detachable stroller. Also ideal for taking beach equipment to beach. Very suitable for families. We have 3 children (2-9 age).
A private cul-de-sac contains two houses and is traffic free. Selection of toys, games and access to our wide selection of on-demand kids programming on the TV's. Children’s play area with indoor bounce house. Double Bob Duallie all-terrain stroller with large wheels and all terrain tires (ideal for jogging and beach), wagons and kids' bikes. Short walk to Main Street, Westhampton Beach High School and Westhampton Long Island Rail Road train station.
Main Street area has shops, full supermarket, restaurants, a library, a playground and movies/theater. Library has large kids library, play area and activities. Westhampton Beach High School has full track, tennis courts, basketball courts and fields.
Quogue Wildlife Refuge is nearby and has animals, nature center and trails (a big hit with our family). Easy car, rail and Hampton Jitney access to/from New York City and to/from neighboring Hamptons towns, villages and attractions. Splish Splash Water Park 10-15 minute drive in Riverhead has a range of water slides and rides Full range of big box retail stores and Tanger Outlet Mall 10-15 minute drive away in Riverhead. Grocery delivery is available through Instacart and Costco. Additional housekeeping and childcare during the stay can be arranged if required.

Great weekend!
This home and owner provided everything my group needed for a stress-free weekend getaway. Very enjoyable, nice property
The overall impression is very favorable. Only significant suggestion is that the garage needs to be cleaned out and organized. It is offputting because that is the first thing you see. It is also not great for children since there is so much clutter at eye level. Definitely interested in future. Thanks.

The house has a beautiful pool and is on a beautiful property. Very kid friendly with lots of toys and bikes. The house is in a great location. Five minutes to the town. And the property owner was helpful and communicative throughout.

A relaxing fun week in The Hamptons
The home is beautiful very comfortable and clean. You can tell Mark put a lot of thought into the home. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful airy rooms, the modern style and amenities, and the private pool and back yard.

Great house for families
We rented this property so we could spend quality time with family and friends in the area. We had a great time, Mark was super helpful. We loved the heated pool, fire pit, and the kids loved the bouncy house. There were plenty of pool towels. We also used the bicycles to ride to the beach. Such an awesome stay, we hope to get back there soon.
