After the beach, take a soak and relax in a six-person hot tub and enjoy a hot shower outside under the stars, while the kids have fun in the basement game room with a 75'' screen TV, Xbox, Foosball, Ping Pong, Darts, and Golden Tee-Golf/Bowling Arcade Machine.
Have a BBQ on our home's huge back deck with a 9’ fire pit table and outdoor seating while viewing the scenic pond with daily visits from a family of swans.

Spectacular!
The perfect place for a family vacation! The location of this property is amazing! There is a beautiful beach just a few steps away, and yet it is just minutes from the town of Southold and just short ride to Greenport. The house was beautiful and meticulously maintained! It was spacious and filled with things for everyone! The back deck is amazing for dinner and nights around the fire table, and a relaxing dip in the hot tub! The kids loved the huge basement hangout filled with a ping pong table, huge tv, video games, dart board etc...The house is also equipped with beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, and more! Everything you need for a perfect beach getaway! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property or the owners, who welcomed us and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time! We can't wait to go back!

Paradise awaits!
My family and I cannot say enough about this rental property. We loved it so much that we have already reserved our next stay. My husband and I had a chance to enjoy the beautiful sunsets while our children enjoyed the amenities that this wonderful house has to offer. If you are looking to rent in this fabulous area, this is the house that you need to book.

Beautiful home with tons of nice amenities! Lots of space for the kids and adults to socialize separately with the downstairs game room that leads directly outside. Everyone loved it. Great owners, very accommodating. We have plans to return this summer.
