The Interior is nautical-themed with Restoration Hardware furnishings including Belgian linen, and leather couches. The custom gourmet kitchen is picture-perfect.
A gorgeous blend of wood and tiles creates the perfect place to gather and to entertain. There are 2 sinks, and 1 Farmer sink in the large custom-built wood island. Subzero refrigerator, Wolf beverage Draw refrigerator, Sub Zero Wine refrigerator and European gas top stove. The perfect place for the chef in you.
You will find 2 Flat screen SMART TVs with Cable, Apple TV capability. There are speakers throughout the house to play music with the Sonos blue tooth system. There is Wifi throughout the house The front room opens up to a large wrap-around deck. A perfect spot to have your coffee or glass of wine and people-watch.
The sliding glass door off of the kitchen opens onto a deck perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. There is a gas grill located outside. The home is bright with sunshine and hardwood floors. Easy to maintain for beachside living. The master bedroom has gorgeous views of the bay. French doors open up to on the balcony where you can sit and enjoy your coffee or wine while watching boats go by.
Beautifully tiled updated bathroom with tiled shower. Fine linens and comforters throughout. Upstairs Guest rooms has a king-size bed with a full bathroom with beautifully tiled showers. There is a sleigh tub for bathing smaller ones as well. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a full bathroom located alongside the bedroom with custom black and white tiles to give it a vintage yet modern feel.

Great spot
Fantastic house, ideal location and no false advertising. Right in the town never had to use our car. All the restaurants and shops are walking distance. Recommend highly

Glorious house + perfect location + wonderful hosts
We spent six fantastic weeks at this property while our apartment was under construction. The house is lovely, perfectly situated on a quiet street (dead-end) that runs along the Peconic Bay. Beautiful views and fresh breezes just twenty steps from the heart of Greenport Village. House is nicely arranged to accomodate parents, children, along with guests or relatives.

Great house in a great location
We visited Greenport for a long weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday. Had a great time. This house is wonderful - all of the amenities and very close to town - easy walk to all restaurants and bars. We hope to be back again soon!

Greenport gem!
If you want to take advantage of everything Greenport has to offer, book this house ASAP. We LOVED walking into town multiple times a day with our two little ones. We stayed here with two families and were very comfortable. We did lots of playing and cooking in the home as well, had the best week!

Fathers Day Weekend
Great communication with our host. Had a 1 year old, 2.5 yo and 5 year old in the house besides the 6 adults and everyone was comfortable. Location was amazing. Loved the house and hopefully will do another trip to greenport/this residence in the future!

Awesome Spot
This is a great home in an exceptional location that's close to everything Greenport has to offer. Walking distance (as in less than 2 minutes) to the village shops, restaurants, and some beaches.
Comfortably can fit a large family or small family gathering (we had 4 adults and 4 kids under the age of 5). Great fenced in back yard and the home had everything we needed to cook, clean, etc.
Hoping to make it an annual trip.
