The front room opens up to a large wrap-around deck. A perfect spot to have your coffee or glass of wine with marina views and great people-watching. The home is bright with sunshine and hardwood floors.
Easy to maintain for beachside living. luxury brand-new Tempurpedic beds throughout. The airy master bedroom suite has gorgeous views of the Marina and vaulted curling with a gorgeous chandelier. Enjoy a great night's sleep on the Tempurpedic King Size bed and the privacy of your own en-suite beautifully tiled full bathroom with hardwood floors. Fine linens and comforters throughout.
Upstairs Guest room 1 has a queen bed, guest room 2 has vaulted ceilings and consists of 2 full beds with a smart tv. The full bathroom with bathtub is located alongside these rooms and is beautifully tiled.
The washer/dryer is also on the second floor for convenience. The private first-floor bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a gorgeous wood barn door. There is a half bathroom located alongside the kitchen.

Amazing Weekend!
The house was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable! The beds also were super comfortable, which is so important for a few nights away from the kids when sleeping in is one of the luxuries! :)
The house was well stocked, clean and in a convenient location! Very close to town and also not far from a lot of the wineries. It made for a very memorable 40th birthday getaway with friends. I would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely property. It was clean, beautifully decorated and so comfortable for our group of friends. The location to town was wonderful and we were able to walk to dinner in the evening. Such a nice property!!

Wonderful stay and beautiful home!
The house was just as pictured - extremely clean and inviting! The decor was very tasteful and created a cozy summer getaway for my family and me. Everything was super clean and the host was so responsive and helpful. It was a great stay!

AMAZING !!!!
The place we stayed is "Pristine" Spotless - Perfect kitchen !!! very comfortable Beds & furniture!!!! and plenty of Towels which is rare in most places - All the things that are important to anyone that is fussy- "LIKE ME" Especially the Out Door Shower & a Weber Grill - 'What more can a Man Ask For !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful home!!
We had the best girls weekend, Jackie was amazing to work with and the house was more beautiful in person! Perfect location, easy walk down to all restaurants and shops. We look forward to making more trips!

Convenient location
Located within walking distance of town, the house had ample room for 8 adults (sharing rooms). Everything was clean, comfortable, and updated and we had a great time exploring Greenport. Jacqueline was very responsive to all my questions.
