The house is an impeccably maintained split ranch with 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. It is located on a 1.5-acre lot on the inlet with a dock, gazebo, pond, and plenty of toys including kayaks, a pedal boat, a fire pit, swing, Jumbo Jenga, beer and wine on tap, and a captained boat upon request.

If you get bored of the activities on the property, you will be located a short drive away from some of the best vineyards on the North Fork, the famous Love Lane, Beaches on the Long Island Sound as well as Peconic Bay.

For those looking to shop, Mattituck is perfectly in the middle of Greenport Town and Tanger Outlets in Riverhead with countless little shops filling the space between.

The home is located on the Mattituck Inlet and has a dock for kayaks, paddle boats, jet skis, and boats.
