About this space:
The Cottage offers 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The house is steps from the beach and conveniently located by restaurants, wineries, and a public boat ramp. It's the perfect location for your next vacation, small get-together, or winery weekend getaway.
The space:
The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Downstairs is an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room. Upstairs there are 4 cozy bedrooms with room to sleep 8.
There are board games for rainy days or a relaxing evening at home. And for sunny days, bicycles and kayaks. It is a short walk to a gorgeous beach and 2 restaurants. There is a ball field across the street for kids to play or if someone wants to practice their golf swing. Guest access: The cottage guests have access to the cottage property only.
There are no shared spaces with the Main House.
Other things to note:
A Barbecue, Beach chairs, beach towels, beach wagons, bicycles, and kayaks are provided.

About the Owner
Tracy and Allison Minucci are sisters who are lifelong North Fork summer girls. They bought the Whitecap property in 2018 and created a beautiful and magical destination for friends and family to gather and enjoy just like they did growing up.

Place is amazing
Place is amazing. Went for New Years. Three couples. Visited Sparking Point and Lenz. We loved the restaurant Legends ate in bar…you can walk from house. Cooked for New Years Eve at house. Great kitchen. Got oysters from Braun. Best we have ever had. 3 doz was not enough. Spent time in Greenport. Adorable! The landscaping at home is absolutely beautiful and owners could not be kinder. Thank you so very much.

Lovely little cottage by the sea
Lovely little cottage by the sea. Six adults stayed here over a weekend to attend a nearby wedding. I don't think the pictures do it justice - it is adorable with a lovely beachy New England feel.
We were all very comfortable though the bedrooms are small and some have awkward ceiling heights.
We spent most of our time at the house outside on the fabulous patio with fire pit.

Just such a beautiful place to get away to and enjoy! Neat and clean and a perfect location to go to the beach and the wineries and really enjoy what the North Fork of Long Island is all about. Allison and Will were awesome hosts!

Great for a winery visit with friends
This house is so carefully thought out for guests. The decor, the amenities, the comfort both inside the house and out are decadent. We used every bed in the place and each of us ladies (who can be extremely picky) loved the beds, the bed linens, the pillows, the towels, the everything. So incredibly clean and comfortable. It feels like you are walking into a brand new home newly decorated just for you. The beautiful beach is a short walk and there are enough beach chairs and towels for everyone staying in the house. Great for a winery visit with friends (that's what we did!). If you are looking for a cozy, quiet, clean getaway, this is it!
