Welcome to the Orient and our unique reversed style floor plan.
On the first level of our home, there are 4 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, with a Jacuzzi tub & standup shower. The second bedroom is a Junior suite with a Queen size bed and full bath with tub. The Third bedroom has a Queen size bed and shares the hall full bathroom with the fourth bedroom. The fourth bedroom has a twin daybed which also has a pull out twin bed to accommodate a second person.
The upper level of our home includes a large, newly renovated and fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, separate formal dining room, a quaint sitting room, a great room complete with fireplace, views of the bay. There is also a half bathroom. From the kitchen or living room you can step out onto an oversized deck complete with furniture & Weber grill that overlooks the pool, hot tub and Gardiners bay. Our 1.1 acre property is adjacent to the Suffolk County Nature persevere. Our Home is equipped with ROKU TV and WIFI. We provide bath towels and linens Outside BBQ, two zone Central Air.
Cool off in the in-ground pool or relax in our brand new 7 person hot tub. Enjoy watching the wildlife from our gazebo: different species of birds, turkeys, bunny rabbits, or the deer families. We are a short walk from the Long Island Sound and the tip of the island where the Orient Point lighthouse can be found.

Policies: We do not rent to wedding groups or allow the house to be used as a party venue. Not a share house. All rates subject to change without notice.

Great Beach House
this is a great house~~close to the beach, a lovely pool, lots of room for entertaining and running around. The house is well maintained, very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The kids love it and so did the adults. We hope to go back ~~

Love this place.
Had a great time. The fishing was awesome. The golf course down the road (Islands End Golf course) is gorgeous. The views and sunsets around here are beautiful. We feel like we died and went to heaven. Hope to be back again next year.

Great Time
We had a great time here. Nothing beats golfing in the morning, wine tasting in the afternoon, and an evening swim in the pool, the water view is great, watching the boats go by was so relaxing. We will be back next year.

Fun With Friends
We have always gone to Montauk and didn't know much about Orient Pt. It is a beautiful area and very relaxing. There were three families that came to the house for our yearly vacation. The pool was great and the house has everything you need. There is lots to do: Vineyards, shopping, ferry rides, biking, beautiful scenery and lots of relation. It was one of the most well equipped homes we have rented. Only thing we missed was soft sand at the beach. We had a great time and would definitely come back again. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Week of Family Fun
Our three children and their spouses, and our two granddaughters (9 and 6) made this the site of our annual family vacation. We had a wonderful time. Particularly in the pool and hot tub, though the horseshoe pit and bicycles were popular as well.
The "menfolk" also got away for golf while the ladies and girls treated themselves to afternoon tea and "crumpets", both within an easy 10 min drive (Greenport). And the "youngsters" even made it into NYC for a matinee one day.
One caveat-the north fork is not for beach lovers if you like sand and waves.

A Great House.........We highly recommend...
We are family of five from the UK and had one of our best trips ever renting this house. The handover was superb by very caring owners, nothing too much trouble. And a full facility house was made so easy to use, the pool , hot tub etc. just switch on! The accommodation is excellent in every way, all works and is very clean and the position, well what can we say but perfect in every way. A good restaurant within a three minute walk, beach within 10 and a State Park within 5.
A quiet and relaxing position meant we relaxed fully and did not stray far from the House, didn't need to.
Our sincere thanks to Dan & Bee and we hope to get back there.
