It also has a pull-down attic, a basement with a shower, and additional laundry. There is also a private backyard where you can have outdoor dining.
The maintenance-free exteriors offer you peace of mind to enjoy the beach! Surrounded by the best North Fork beaches, renowned restaurants, farm stands, marinas, boating, award-winning vineyards, and great shopping.
This is the only home that has a 2-car garage in the Peconic Shores! Take advantage of the kayaks, and paddle boards, to fully immerse in the beach experience.
