Relaxing family vacation spot
Comfortable, clean, conveniently located house with new furnishings, sun porch, nice deck, and pretty yard. Host Carl was very helpful and accessible.

Great Experience
Carl was extremely helpful with answering our questions about the area. The home exceeded expectations and was perfect for for my friends and I. The house was spotless and had a nice yard and back deck for hanging out, and is located in an excellent part of Southold for getting to nearby beaches and night life.

Wonderful Stay
Carl was extremely responsive and very nice throughout entire stay. Lovely house with a hammock outside, and a big yard. Easily accessible to North Fork attractions.

Great location and time
Carl is great and very responsive. The property is located in an ideal central location to the Southold Village (you can walk there), wineries and beaches. The house is hospitable and the property is spacious. It was my 3-year old daughter, wife and myself so we had plenty of room. We then had family over to visit and bbq. The kids had a blast and the adults enjoyed both the outside and the very/amazingly cool indoors when the humidity and heat became a bit much.
