Newly renovated! We've been doing North Fork vacation rentals since 2016 and this is our newest addition. We'd love to have you stay with us! This beautiful home is located on Corey Creek in Southold.
There is truly no better place to get away from it all while still being in the heart of the North Fork wine country, restaurants, and nightlife. You can walk right out of your deck to Corey Creek with unobstructed Peconic Bay Access.
Take one of the provided kayaks to the beach, or barbeque and enjoy the view. Being on the North Fork also means that you have easy access to the various Southold Town beaches as well.
The house is perfect for everyone from larger groups looking to do some vineyard hopping and North Fork exploring to couples looking to get out of the city.

Enjoy the private beach in the backyard or hop in a kayak and paddle to the public beach which is also accessible via car.

The house is secluded on a private dirt road with a private driveway. that fits 2-3 cars. Parking is permitted on the front lawn and along the dirt road so long as traffic is not blocked.

A stay that just got better with each day. Perfection day in and day out for 15 days straight!
My stay was more than I thought it would ever be! Family, friends and many many laughs, in a home that has everything! From the moment we walked in we felt at home. The mornings always began with 3 beautiful swans visiting us. Sunny days we were found sitting on our private beach, kayaking to goose creek, or swimming in the heated pool, absolute perfection! We wine toured the North Fork and sat out on our deck looking out at the water sipping local wines. Again Perfection! We will be back!

A beautiful get away
My husband and I loved this slice of heaven. A very peaceful neighborhood with wonderfully maintained grounds. I will always recommend a stay here to anyone interested in experiencing the North Fork! Everything was clean and ready for us. E-Z check in process.

An excellent hideaway in wine country
My trip was a beautiful escape and I could not have asked for a better house! Check in was seamless and the home was meticulously prepared for us. Sleeping a mere 20 feet from the water felt like a dream and I will absolutely be coming back!

Spacious home with a breathtaking view
The check in process was simple and the home was perfectly kept when we checked in. Plates, silverware, glasses all stocked up. Short 5minute drive to local wineries. Stepping outside to kayak in the creek was the highlight of my stay. Excellent outdoor grill and beach area to relax by the fire with my toes in the sand! 10/10 will stay again!
