This is the perfect spot for family reunions, family's etc. This home features 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, and jacuzzi tub. Also, there are two gas fire places, den/game room, air conditioning and heating, beautiful living room with flat screen TV, free wifi and cable, fabulous large eat-in kitchen with new appliances, large dining room table, sunroom/breakfast room with wrap around windows and ample dining space.
Outdoors you’ll have a cozy seating area, BBQ grill, outdoor hot & cold shower and free parking. There’s even a 5-star restaurant across the street! Fish from the beach. Enjoy the bikes, kayaks, and full playground steps away on the beach. Nearby activities include: Splish Splash Water Park, Tanger Outlet Shopping Mall, Atlantis Marine World, award winning vineyards, farm stands, fabulous restaurants, and The Hamptons. (All our homes come complete with everything you need, just bring food & clothing).

Great Property
House was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for.

Beachfront was great however the property fell short of some of the online listing features,
Property was supposed to have a hut tub, it did not.
Property was supposed to have 3 full bathrooms and 1/2 bath, it did not.
Property did not have enough pillows, blankets or linen.
A number of the features did not work properly Such as:
Toilet in master bedroom
Some light fixtures did not work in addition to missing light bulbs
none of the fireplaces worked because remotes were not available
Other than the TV in the living room the others did not work properly. In many cases remotes had no batteries.
In addition I sent emails to various parties listing my issues with no response to date.

House had great views, on the beach with water sport activities. However, the house had a few flaws such as: The online listing showed the house included a hot tub, it did not. The online listing showed the house included 3 full baths and 1/2 bath, it did not. There were 2 full baths with shower, I bath with tub but no shower and no 1/2 bath. The bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely small. The lighting was poor, missing or non working light bulbs. Other than the TV in living room others were not working. Fireplaces did not work. Remotes were not available Many TV remotes had missing or expired batteries Dishwasher was not working properly

Our extended family spent 4 lovely days here. The setting was perfect, the beds very comfortable, and the shared spaced roomy. We cooked every night and gathered around the large dining table. The ping pong table was put to good use, too. We especially enjoyed the two sun rooms and outdoor terrace.

We just spent four beautiful days at this wonderful home in Wading River. It’s a very special place where we created so wonderful family memories. My favorite part of the house is the master bedroom which looks out to the water. I had my first cup of coffee there every morning. So peaceful. It was a charming place, and we will definitely be back! Oh and we loved having the ping pong table!

Right on the water. Lots of room for the family to spread out. The 2 sun rooms were very nice, especially the upper one off the master bedroom. Kids loved using the kayaks and paddle-board.
