Description
This home is a 2 bedroom vacation rental beach house that is wonderfully decorated with beautiful upscale furnishing & amenities. It sleeps 6 people with 2 cots. It's available all year round. Long Island Skydive, and much more. You can lay in the sun on your own private beach in the summer months. Or sit and relax with a glass of wine that you just brought back from your trip to the nearby North Fork vineyards. (All our homes come complete with everything you need, just bring food & clothing).
This home has free wifi and cable TV. You’ll have access to kayaks, fishing poles and bikes! This is the perfect getaway for any occasion. The vineyards (wine tasting) and farm stands are less than a mile away. This home is surrounded by the bay and nature reserve. It's a great beach town community. It's also only 15 minutes away from the Tanger Outlet Mall, East Wind Day Spa, vineyards, Atlantis Marine World, and Splish Splash Water Park.
We have other beach homes nearby if you need additional property for those special occasions. Nearby are the Hamptons, Greenport, Shelter Island, Montauk and Fire Island. This house includes a full kitchen and dining area, full bathroom, jacuzzi tub, outdoor hot & cold shower, BBQ grill, and a large outdoor sitting area with fire pit.

Well-appointed cottage for a beach vacation
The house is lovely and has everything one would need for a relaxed beach vacation. The neighborhood is very private and quiet. the view of the Long Island sound from the bedroom balcony is beautiful (especially during sunsets). Everything is in its place. Debbie is wonderful and responded promptly to all our questions. We had an amazing time!

Wonderful place to stay with the family. Well thought out spaces and very clean. We had fun on the beach, hanging out in the jacuzzi, by the fire pit, using the marvelous outdoor shower and playing Mrs Pac-Man old school. Perfect stay!

We really enjoyed our long weekend at The Dunes! It is our favorite beach rental. Cozy with lots of character and conveniences. For us it is ideally located to visit our families, our favorite beaches as well the wineries, and the Long Island Aquarium. The unit is always neat and clean and the property managers are ready and available to answer a question or deal with any issues. Can't wait for our next trip!

This house is adorable and very well maintained. We had everything that we needed to have a great week here. There were just a couple of things that were misleading in the description of the house. The first was that it sleeps 6 and that a cot is available. There are 2 bedrooms that each sleep 2 and a couch. There was no cot. The second is that the house is described as having a private beach. There is a beach down the road from the house that has signs up paying that it is private but it is really a neighborhood beach with lots of people there fishing, camping out, etc. This was not a problem, I just found the description on the website to be misleading. If you think that you are getting access to a truly private beach with this house, you are not.
