We rented for a week. Our children came out with their children ages 3mos - 7 yr. It was perfect. The living area on the top floor had an open floor plan so everyone could be together but certainly not cramped. The pool and landscaping were beautiful. We met Leo on arrival who was so gracious. He showed us everything in the house explaining the elaborate lighting. The house was completely stocked. Bath towels, beach towels, toilet paper also included. I would highly recommend this house. It is the nicest one that I have rented in Montauk. We had a wonderful week.

The house was very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was there. The view from the deck is beautiful. The pool is great. We used it every day and the kids loved it. Beach, shops and nice restaurants are close (although you need a car).

Overall a great setup. The house is very comfortable while the deck, pool, and views over the surrounding treetops make it special. Also the owners are good people and helpful in making your stay go smoothly. We were so sad to leave.

We stayed here in October while in town for a wedding. The house is immaculate and beautiful. It's in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood but still close to town, restaurants, the beach and all the other local attractions--it was just about the perfect location for getting around. There is a great family room and tons of outdoor space for hanging out and relaxing. All the furniture and media are top of the line. Truly a fantastic home. And the pool is big and incredible, even in October.
Leo and his wife were also very easy to work with, very responsive and went out of their way to make sure our stay was seamless.

This house in Montauk is a wonderful place. It is very quiet and secluded but within easy driving distance of beaches, restaurants and places of interest, although you may find you just end up hanging out by the pool and watching the sunsets from the balcony. The owners were extremely helpful and efficient and I would not hesitate to recommend it. Montauk is a low key and relaxing place; some areas can be crowded but, unlike the rest of the Hamptons, even in August we found beaches that were virtually empty. The description of the house on the website is accurate and as a bonus there is a wonderful library of books here to read. Thank you Leo and Maria for our lovely stay.

My wife, 1-year-old son, and I stayed here this summer with my parents and sister for one fantastic week! The house was exceptionally appointed with beautiful furniture and everything you would need for a terrific stay. We cooked in most nights often grilling and eating out on the upper deck. Our days were spent poolside, lunching at the picnic table or lounging on the comfortable furniture. The temperature of the pool with the use of the solar cover was perfect each day. The location of the property is convenient to Gosman's Dock, Montauk Downs, and within walking distance to a prime sunset spot at the Montauket. The owners not only provide a home away from home, but their kindness and willingness to communicate before and during our stay will most certainly bring us back another summer.

My wife and 3 year old daughter recently spent eleven days in July at this beautiful three bedroom home in Montauk. As I told the owner the pictures do not do it proper justice. We felt like we were in our own resort with the only sounds heard being the birds and the occassional deer passing through at dawn or dusk. While there is no view of the ocean, the view of the sunset on the upper of two large decks is breathtaking. Unlike some rental houses, you immediately feel like you are staying in a home. From the light fixtures to the furniture, everything is top of the line and grill on the upper deck makes staying in and cooking a pleasure. The house comes equipped with a wine cooler that was certainly put to use. The pool is gated and with a three year old, this was a must for us. It is quite large and at it's midpoint drops off and is rather deep at the far end. The property was large enough for our three year old to explore each day and find something interesting at each turn. Being a golfer, Montauk Downs is a five minute drive from the house as were most of the restaurants and beaches. I hope to return next year to this treasure in the hills of Montauk and can only hope for a vacation as enjoyable and rewarding as this one was.
