Description
Our cozy cottage has a private dock (boat launch is directly across the lake from us), free parking, complimentary canoe use and much more. Minutes from the scenic town of Naples, home to three of New York’s best Finger Lake wineries.
Also within driving distance are Canandaigua, Rochester, Syracuse, Corning, etc. Come enjoy the quiet serenity of lake life! Our cottage has been well-loved and in our family for 50 years.
When we are not renting to guests, our family enjoys the space as well. This truly is our "happy place" and we take care to help you have the same experience! It is a cozy cottage with a small bedroom downstairs (twin bed), a loft area upstairs (full and twin bed) and one master bedroom (full bed). There is one bathroom, a living area, dining area, and a kitchen downstairs as well.
Our cottage comes with three parking spaces - two to the right of the house, and one in front. Other things to note: While there is running water, it is water filtered in from the lake. You will need to bring your own drinking water with you. In addition, it is not winterized, so if you choose to stay in the cooler months we have open before closing down for the season, please take note of the following: we provide a small electric fireplace for downstairs and a space heater for upstairs - these are the only heating units allowed for use due to safety reasons.
We also provide plenty of blankets, but it can get chilly!

It is expressly understood and agreed to that this reservation is for a maximum occupancy of 6 guests at all times. Once approved, no other guests are allowed on premises. There will be no loud disturbances or parties allowed. The community of cottagers are respectful of each others space. If any rules are violated, we have the right to cancel the reservation immediately with no reimbursement. We trust that our guests will respect and take care of the property and its contents, and leave it as you find it.
