Fire pit with firewood outside and gas fireplace inside offer great ambience for gathering a group. Lots of games and activities on site and lovely local activities in addition to all the baseball! Perfect for the baseball crowd of course!! Spacious kitchen, great room and dining area make it easy for a large group. Basement is perfect for kids. A great find.

The space was immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering plenty of room for our group to relax and enjoy both privacy and togetherness. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the spacious common areas were perfect for game nights and family gatherings.
We enjoyed making the most of the private dock—swimming, kayaking, and soaking in sunsets each evening. The hosts were attentive and responsive, providing great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed for a memorable stay.
We highly recommend this property to anyone, whether you’re looking to unwind with family or entertain a group of friends. We can’t wait to come back!

The location was gorgeous and the house was extremely clean and well stocked. Her house manager Jeffery was extremely helpful and responsive with our needs and questions. The entire process check-in to check-out was stress free. Plenty to do at the house and great recommendations for the surrounding area. Would highly recommend to anyone coming up for baseball or to enjoy the beautiful country. Even better than in the pictures. Would absolutely stay again.

Wow! What a perfect place to spend the week with family and watch my son play at Cooperstown. The location was an easy drive to Dreamspark and we went back and forth to play or rest at the house in between games. We brought together the whole family for a perfect summer vacation on the lake. The house was well stocked with high end amenities. The dock on the lake had endless supplies for playing on the lake. They checked the box for all of the details. The kids are already talking about coming back next summer.

The location is fantastic and incredibly beautiful. The dock is also very nice and there are plenty of thinks such as paddle boards to do. Even when a really bad storm came trough and many other houses lost power, not us! The house has a full generator. Great house worth the money.
