Our stay was exactly that, a Grand Slam!

The house was amazing and perfect for our group. This house was our coaches house during our stay at Dreams Park and our 12U baseball tournament. The amenities were fantastic and provided us coaches a perfect opportunity to relax after a long day of coaching baseball. Our families were constantly entertained at the lake or enjoying some pool in the game room. The view in the morning of the lake was great to just sit around and have a cup of coffee. The house is everything as described and I would highly recommend for any coaches making a trip out there for the tournament. Thank you again for having us! Five Stars!!!!

The property was beautiful!!

The hosts gave accurate instructions, which kept things simple. There’s so much to do nearby too with great access into town!

We had a great time at Tim’s rental.

The whole Cooperstown experience was magical. Having such a nice and comfortable house to retreat to in between baseball was fantastic. So much to do. The house and lake were just gorgeous. It was so peaceful. The kids loved the lake and water activities. The house was spacious and gave us room to spread out. It was fully equipped and there was nothing that we needed but didn’t have. Friends are already looking to book this when they are back for a younger sons tournament next year. Would highly recommend!

This is THE place to stay!

If you book anywhere else, You won’t enjoy the most fun & pristine lake and everything Cooperstown has to offer as much as you will here. The name should be changed from Grand Slam to Triple Crown!

The house was clean, well stocked and had a stunning view.

The kitchen was large and the set up was very good for little kids - there was a booster seat and everything! There were lots of fun lake stuff like paddle boards, kayaks and even some inflatables! Tim was very responsive. A great stay was had by all!

Beautiful house, wonderful view

Such a great place to relax and wind down after a long day of baseball. Beautiful house, wonderful view and plenty of room to spread out with 5 families. Communication was excellent.

Family Reunion

Coming from California and the east coast for a family reunion is hard enough to coordinate, but this home/owners really provided it all. Plenty of sleeping space for a huge group with air conditioners and the living/dining/kitchen area is spacious enough that you can have multiple things going on at once. The game room was loved by all ages - esp the teens and kids - and the view was simply blissful to wake up to each morning. But my personal favorite had to be the dock - harking back to days gone by when we'd all run down and jump off into the crystal clear lake water...and equally as much fun when we rented a boat for a couple of days and could hop on from our own dock! And finally, a word on the Glimmglass Opera - which we attended for opening night Sound of Music production and the first in 3 yrs due to the pandemic. Words fail me. I expected a small town production and was met with world-class singers/actors, scenery, and equally wonderful customer service there. A wonderful stay all around - thank you!
