Great stay for a group of 8 of us in town for a wedding! Only complaint is that the AC does not reach the main living room or upstairs very well. We were there at the end of July so it was quite warm.

We also appreciate the feedback about the warmth during your visit. The main living room is a sunroom and on particularly hot summer days it could get warmer than the rest of the house, and we provide portable fans throughout the home for additional comfort. Regarding the upstairs , it’s possible that one of the floor vents in a room was inadvertently closed. Had we known about it during your stay, we would have been happy to help troubleshoot it right away.

Highly recommend this home! My family stayed here for a wedding and other events over the weekend, and we had a wonderful experience. The house was immaculate, and we felt very comfortable and at ease throughout our stay.
The location was perfect for us, just a short drive from both the wedding venue and the village. Unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the deck and fire pit, but the yard was very pleasant and serene, and we wish we had more time to take advantage of those amenities.
Ronnie is an excellent host. He reached out before check-in and emphasized that we should not hesitate to contact him with any questions or concerns. His communication was prompt and welcoming.
We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! The listing was exactly as described, the house was clean and comfortable. Our son loved the swing and the walking trail. Ronnie was very helpful and friendly. If we came back to the Skaneatles area we would definitely try to book again. Thank you!

Ronnie’s place was a dream. Perfectly suitable for our eight guests. The close proximity to our Son’s wedding in town was an easy commute. Beautiful remote setting and less than five minutes to town center. Ronnie’s home was by far the cleanest airbnb we have ever stayed at. The cleaning staff does an exceptional job. Kudos to them! The home is spacious and never felt crowded. I wish we could have enjoyed the huge outdoors, trail, fire pit and surroundings, but our time there was limited. Communication with Ronnie, before and during, was spot on. Never more than a five minute response time. You can’t go wrong with this home. LOVED IT!! Hopefully we can go back sometime.

Ronnie was so responsive every time we reached out - he even let us check in a little early. The home was exactly as pictured and comfortably fit all 7 of us (4 adults 3 kids). My kids loved running around in the backyard and playing on the swing. The home has an incredible location and walkable to everything in town. Would stay again for sure!

Everything was just as described except better! The location feels like you are out in the middle of nowhere yet you are close to the village, less than a mile, and close to Syracuse. The property was very clean and the house was very tidy. Ronnie was very open with communication before and during the stay. From check in instructions prior to the stay to communication each day to ensure our needs were met Ronnie was always helpful and quick to respond. The best part for us is that all of our needs/ expectations were met already.
The house setup was great with one bedroom on the first floor and three upstairs; with a full bathroom on each floor.
I have already told multiple people of Ronnie’s property and how amazing it was for our stay. I would 100% recommend this property for your stay.

This home is the perfect place for a Skaneateles getaway. It is well appointed with all the comforts of home. We had a relaxing stay in large part due to Ronnie’s communication, professionalism and responsiveness! You cannot go wrong staying in this home!
