Exactly as described

This house was exactly as described. The house was clean when we arrived and it was easy to get inside since the host left detailed instructions. The host wants the house shoe free but there wasn’t ample space to put all of our shoes. An additional shoe rack would’ve been nice. The kitchen was very clean and had what we needed. The rest of the house was clean as well except for the upstairs bathroom floor. It needed a good mopping. The host provided large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A few extra bath towels would’ve been nice. The beds were extremely comfortable and all the fans were on when we arrived making the rooms a comfortable temperature. I would’ve been a bit of a walk to town so we drove. Overall, this was a great house and I would highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect

We had a wonderful visit. Start to finish everything was perfect for our family of 6 adults. It was way to find, super clean and cozy and close to downtown. The home is beautiful and very spacious. Ronnie was quick to respond and helpful. We definitely look forward to coming back and booking again with him. Skaneateles was great to visit and we were so impressed with how friendly kind and helpful everyone was. We especially enjoyed the Elephant and Dove restaurant and the brewery in town. Can’t express enough what a perfect weekend we had !!!

Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Ronnie’s home. We were in town for a quick stay for a wedding and the location was great, very close to town.
The house was welcoming and had all modern amenities. We had one question and Ronnie quickly responded to provide the answer.
Check in and out went smoothly and there was not a laundry lists of asks for checking out. Overall, I highly recommend this home!

We loved our stay!

We loved our stay! Ronnie's home is SO well located to the village! Literally a mile from town. Ronnie was incredibly welcoming and communicative throughout our stay. He reached out to check on us after arrival and to offer any recommendations we might need. The home is new, beautifully appointed and spotless! We are VERY picky about cleanliness and Ronnie's home is immaculate. The furnishings are new and very comfortable and beds are firm, which we prefer. Linens and towels are cozy and luxurious. We appreciated the extra touch of providing bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked our return trip!

Only three minute drive to downtown Skaneateles.

We had a wonderful stay. Ronnie was really easy to communicate with. The house is gorgeous. My wife’s favorite part was the modern decor. My favorite part was the High quality linens, towels, pillows, and appliances. Located on a quiet street. Plenty of parking. Big yard. Only three minute drive to downtown Skaneateles.
