Loved It!

First of all, Eric from Hamptons Vacations went out of his way to accomodate us for this trip. Without going into detail, this trip would not have happened for me, my daughter and her friends if not for the kindness of Eric. Nice to know there are still people who really care.
The house was perfect, exactly as described. Great location, walking distance from town. Very clean. It was perfect, and we had a great trip. Thank you Eric, and next time we rent in the Hampton's, I will only book thru Hampton's Vacation's!

An Amazing Vacation!!

This was an amazing house. As a repeat guest this house has everything you need and want for a wonderful vacation. There is not anything that you want or need that the Kaufman family does not give you. Eric and his family go above and beyond to make your stay a great one. Can not wait to go back again. Looking forward to next year!

Cute, comfortable and clean house, great location, nice overall experience.

The house was very clean, cozy, and light, as well as conveniently located to the town, beach, and train station. Situated near the end of a dead end street, it had a quiet neighborhood feel, even though it was just a block from Newtown Lane. Interactions with Eric and the family-owned business were all very positive and accommodating to our questions and requests. Although it was May and still a little too chilly for swimming, the pool was freshly cleaned the day of our arrival. We thought it was a great value for the East Hampton market, and would happily stay there again.

Great House & Location = Exceptional Experience!

I have had the good fortune to stay on a number of occasions at the Vacationer. Secluded at the end of a cul de sac, it is set in a cheery, quiet neighborhood in close proximity to East Hampton Village.

On each occasion that I stayed there, upon arriving at the Vacationer, I have found the house immaculate. The first thing I did was sink into the overstuffed sofa, basking in the sunny, light-filled living room under the cathedral ceilings. The living area has an open floor plan making the Vacationer conducive to socializing while cooking in the kitchen, snacking at the bar, breakfast nook or dining room or relaxing in the cozy living room.

The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary accoutrements and more. It even came equipped with a double-boiler for making hot fudge sundaes to supplement the late night movies I watched on the enormous flat screen television!

I slept in the master bedroom. It was a joy to wake in the morning, draw back the blinds and see the sun filter through the backyard. When I have stayed during the summer, the privacy of the landscaped backyard always tempts me into an early morning swim followed by a cup of coffee on a lounge chair in the sun. I found the master bed comfortable--the linens soft and spotless. The master bathroom was sparkling, and it was such a luxury to use the cedar sauna! It heats up in record time and is like having your own private spa.

The Vacationer would be a fantastic property for a family vacation, a romantic retreat or a getaway for friends looking to enjoy East Hampton. As an aside, Eric, who owns the Vacationer and provides excellent service, is simply lovely. It is evident he takes great pride in the property, seeing to every detail in order to better accommodate a successful rental experience.

Cozy, clean, modern but classic feel.

I adore this place. It's cozy and classic, with the perfect touch of historical hampton home-ness. But it is graced with just the right amount of modern, hip decor and utilities to fit into today's needs.
I recommend this spot without hesitation!
