I adore this place. It's cozy and classic, with the perfect touch of historical hampton home-ness. But it is graced with just the right amount of modern, hip decor and utilities to fit into today's needs.
I recommend this spot without hesitation!

Had a wonderful stay at the property. It is very clean, well laid out and gets plenty of light, which makes the stay even more pleasant. Added bonus is the proximity to the EH train station and to town. All in all, I had a great stay and Eric is very pleasant to deal with so would repeat in a hearbeat.

It was a delightful experience to stay at “The Vacationer” during my recent trip to East Hampton. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is walking distance from the heart of town. We particularly enjoyed strolling to the cafes and other eateries on Main Street. The house ambiance is really inviting with clean interiors, lots of natural light, tall ceilings, stylish furnishings and spotless linens. Additionally, the Finnish sauna in the master bathroom and the heated swimming pool are nice complements to the other exquisite offerings of the house. Lastly, the reliable WiFi and responsive management just made our stay really memorable. I would greatly recommend this house to other vacationers

The Kaufman family takes great pride in their rental homes and it shows - it is close to being in your own home as possible. The Kaufmans are also a delight to deal with, they always deliver as promised. This home was super comfortable and had everything needed for a great stay in the Hamptons. We truly loved being able to walk to the town of East Hampton. A great experience in every way.
