This place was perfect for our pre-holiday family ski trip! It was really close to Whiteface mountain and had lots of great apres ski amenities. It’s a quick drive to Lake Placid which has tons to explore. We loved the rooms and kitchen but the living room/common area was a bit small considering how many people the house intends to house at one time. The check in process was easy and the place was very clean! We would stay here again.

The place is fantastic. It was super sparkling clean when we arrived, and you'll absolutely love the amenities - a hot tub conveniently outside the living room, a dry sauna, AND a steam shower! Our group of fifteen adults and one child had a lot of fun there. One minor note: the living room is a bit cramped if you're planning on a group our size just hanging out at the house all day. But, that's pretty minor - there's ample seating around the large kitchen bar, it's just not as comfortable as it would be if we were all on sofas. But, really, we hung out there for four days and loved it, and you're likely to be out on the mountain or in the area and not hanging out in the living room all day like we were.
Really, the place is great. Don't hesitate. And the service we received was great as well. And did I mention that the steam shower experience might change your life? Those amenities!

We had a group of 16 stay at the house, and we had an absolute blast! The house was only 5 minutes from Whiteface, and we took full advantage of the fantastic skiing. The house was perfect; we were always comfortable and never felt crowded. The kitchen was very high quality, the beds warm and comfortable, and the view spectacular. We had a great bonfire in the fire pit, and the hot tub after a long day of skiing was awesome. Todd was a great host, as we had everything we needed at our disposal. Would definitely recommend the house to a group of any size. We had a blast!

Beautiful vacation home! Our large group of 11 loved staying here. There was plenty of room to spread out and the house has many amenities to keep everyone occupied - hot tub, steam shower, sauna, fire pit, etc. The place was extremely clean and you can tell it’s just used as a rental house as opposed to staying in someone’s real house like a lot of AirBnB places are. It was a little dark in the bedrooms, light bulbs could have been brighter but it was not a deal breaker by any means, just something we noticed. Having such a large group we wished the living room was a little bigger but the kitchen island definitely made up for it and we loved that it was big enough to seat everybody.
The property was fairly secluded but only a 20 min drive to downtown Lake Placid and 5 minutes from Whiteface! Also you can’t beat the views of the mountains from the back deck- truly breathtaking.

This house is AMAZING! 6 spacious bedrooms. Sauna inside! Hot hub on the deck! Ohhh the kitchen! Beautiful and well stocked. Everything is absolutely spotless!
