I would recommend this property for a family looking to get some beach time in Montauk. The house wastes no space with beachy living space on the main floor along with an updated kitchen, three nice bedrooms and a bathroom. The deck is private and great for breakfast and sunsets after dinner. The central AC came in very handy a few times. The bottom floor has a full living area, bedroom, bathroom, full refrigerator and sink. Plus an outdoor shower which was awesome after the beach. Marie the owner was super responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Everything was spot on from location, to the actual stay and quick responses from Marie! Your walk to the beach is about ten minutes and you are right near the center. Will definitely be coming back here in the future! So lovely!

We 5 fabulous days/nights at this beautiful home just 3 blocks from the ocean. The location is very private yet you are in a quiet neighborhood. 2 miles from the village of Montauk so we rode our bikes around and just had a really, really good time. The home is well equipped, great WiFi for work and plenty of room to stretch out. We'll be back next summer!

We had a great time at this property! There are three bedrooms on the main floor and then an entire basement suite which opens to the backyard and is bright and airy! The house was clean and updated with WiFi and central air. Add in the outdoor shower and this place is a no brainer!

Marie was a great host, always replying quickly and always readily available. The house is true to the photos and fits all 8 guests perfectly. Would book again!!

Everything about our stay was exactly as listed - this is a great house that has it all! Walking distance or a short bike ride to beautiful Ditch Plains beach. Perfect for families who just want to get away from it all. Marie was easy to connect with and very responsive. I look forward to renting this property again!!!
