This is a wonderful rental property on Canandaigua Lake. Even though the house it not directly on the lake, it is located in a quiet area with easy access to the lake. The house is extremely well set up with plenty of rooms, beds, kitchens, bathrooms, outdoor seating, and boats and yard games. We had a great week!

This place was wonderful. Plenty of space for our large group. The tent was a great outdoor space for shade and rain. The 3 refrigators was a wonderful asset for our big group. The house and location added to the fabulous time we all enjoyed.

We had a fantastic time at this house, which had plenty of room for four groups from ages 8 to 73. Awesome access to the lake with four kayaks and two canoes, a big yard to enjoy, and the house itself was comfortable and homey. A real gem!

We can not say ENOUGH good things about this house. There were 5 families with kids of all ages from 4months-5yr and there was room for everything ! It was clean and easy to check in/out. We will stay again for sure. The yard and tent are a huge selling point for us. Having the tent allowed sun coverage for babies during the day and if it rained we could still enjoy fresh air outside without getting wet. 10/10 recommend. The only not ideal thing I could say is that the blinds really don’t block much sun in the bedrooms so the mornings start very early if you have little ones ha!

We had an amazing weekend at this house! Beautiful house with plenty of room for everyone. The outside was also very nice with close access to the lake. Would definitely recommend!
