House Needs TLC

You can tell that this is just a rental with no updates/issues fixed etc. For example, they indicate that there is a paddle boat but it takes on so much water that it can't be used. Neighbor told us it's been like that for a couple of years. Only one bike can be used (others had flats). Corn Hull bags were so moldy. Main kitchen oven didn't heat, ants in all bathrooms after a rain. Dripping shower. It may have 3 kitchens but only the main kitchen has equipment. Not worth the money. If I recall, they indicate you should make your own bed and strip it when leaving. Unkempt house.

4th of july gathering

I was very impressed with the house, how many people it held, it’s location and how amazing the tour was! it was so clean too and this is an unforgettable stay!

Summer family reunion

This property had a huge tent that we sat under when it was too sunny. We enjoyed the porch, the yard, the fire pit, and the games/outdoor equipment from the garage. Our family loved the multiple kitchens and bathrooms! We were close to a marina for our boat and we launched our jet ski from the access point. This was perfect for what my family likes to do!!!!

Amazing property, Great location!

Location for great for a safe and clean getaway in the finger lakes with our extended family. Well maintained property, with lots of space and all the amenities you can think of. Three stocked kitchens, lots of nooks to spread out, outdoor grill and seating. Quiet neighborhood.
Small shared access to the lake was steps away for kayaking and dipping in the lake (water shoes needed for pebbled beach). Kayaks, paddleboats and bikes available for use.
Awesome hosts, very responsive. We had a small issue with an alarm, to which they responded right away and sorted out.
Short drive to a public sandy beach, restaurants, Wegmans and Kershaw park.
Our families had a great time. Will definitely be back!

Awesome rental!

This house was so awesome! It was spacious inside with 3 kitchens! So much room for all of the people in our party. Had a huge yard and great tent set up outside to sit under and eat meals. 10/10 would stay again and recommend :)

Covid-19 Vacation!!!!

Great place for quality family time. The house well maintained and plenty of room. Kitchens were well stocked. The yard was great for the kids to play and have campfires.
Kayaking & canoeing were great. Successful fishing at the lagoon and the public pier. Many hiking trails near by.

Beautiful house

The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Having multiple kitchens was nice as we could cook everything at one time. There was enough room for the kids to have their own space as well.

Golf Getaway

This property worked out great for our weekend. it was close to all the golf courses we played. we were able to use the gas grill and lower kitchen to cook and avoid trips to restaurants. the outdoor tent was ideal for us all to gather. we would definitely use this venue again.

Great house for families!!!

This house had so much room for everyone! We had a reunion here which included 6 families. The bedrooms are all nice size and are large enough for pack and plays. The multiple kitchens was great!!! Beautiful house!!!!

The property is outstanding.

This property has everything you might want for family reunion. Even a kayak and paddle boat along with swings and slides for the younger ones. The large yard is
fine for badminton, soccer or volleyball. The tent works well for picnics or other outside
events. Only minor drawback is there is no dock at water's edge. Overall, GREAT PLACE!
