The house is big and perfectly located, close to the subway. We were a big group and fit perfectly. Rick was also a great host, very understanding, and had lots of tips and responded very quickly. Would definitely recommend this place.

This is an incredible find. First of all, Rick is an incredible, incredible host and he makes his guests feel like beloved family. Artistically speaking, his home, this rental, should receive awards for its beauty. Every inch is sparkling clean and every room is perfect, so, so comfortable. It was cold outside when we arrived and sitting in front of the gas fireplace was awesome. In the morning we made breakfast in the well equipped kitchen and enjoyed the quiet feeling of a quiet country morning, but this is Brooklyn. The neighborhood is all large houses and a has a great feel, but down block, amazingly are many restaurants, and countless stores - we have stayed here before and know how great it is here - and will come back!

Host very accommodating and extremely friendly. Very convenient to the subway (Q line station just around the corner), so other areas of NYC are easily reached. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Relatively quiet neighborhood.

Everything sparkled and an artistic sense pevailed as usual. One little thing was there was more closet space. He said a guest guestioned it and he improved it. He always asks what could be better. And he does it. That is why he is a Supuerhost. And why he gets five stars. Wow-what a house and Airbnb rental.

Rick was extremely accommodating to our group. He went above and beyond to prepare his place for our team for such a long stay. The crew was extremely happy with the accommodations, and I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a long term stay!
