We stayed over a weekend for a bachelor party. There was plenty of beds and rooms. Everything worked properly. The town was a 5 minute drive and a convenient store was a 5 minute walk to the end of the road. There was plenty of privacy outside for the hot tub and fire pit. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time enjoying this wonderful property, that is located extremely close to town and nice creek and walking trail! The house was clean and full of activities for our whole group of adult friends to enjoy.
However, when we checked in, we were greeted by the “owner” who was a different person I had been in contact with through the booking process. She then began to tell us about the plethora of rules and high profile neighbors who do not care for tourists as well as the 9PM NOISE ORDINANCE. While there was nothing unreasonable, it was a bit of a damper that we could not enjoy a campfire or use of the hot tub outside at night in fear of having cops called to the residents. Additionally the house IS NOT AIR CONDITIONED, and without being able to open windows in fear of being too loud, it was quite warm inside.
We ended up having a great time, but felt as if the “owner” tried to put some fear into us about the property which really put us on edge the whole time.
If you are respectful people looking for a quiet place to stay, this is it, but definitely not somewhere I would bring loud children/adults.

Lovely house, great for large groups. Comfortable beds, kitchen was well stocked with all the tools needed to cook large meals. Snowed while we visited and didn't have any problems with the driveway. House is only five minutes from the center of town and 15-20 minutes from Whiteface Mountain. Would stay again without hesitation.
