We enjoyed our stay at the house. The location was great, very private but a short drive to towns and beach. The pool was the highlight. It was spacious and great for spending the day. Brian was easy to communicate with and responsive. The house itself is definitely on the dated side, but still met our needs.

Heaven outdoors! Lovely landscaping, pool-minus diving board as pictured. Very nice outdoor space.
There were 11of us. 6 children and 5 adults. Not enough beds for all. Teenagers wanted their own rooms. Didn’t find futon. Couches weren’t used as beds. Therefore 1 adult had to sleep with 2 children. Crowded kitchen with most things necessary for cooking. Large gas grill! Washer and dryer a big plus.
Plenty of outdated uncomfortable furniture. Great Wi-fi and large tv. Great location: drove to New York two days. Beaches, fishing, lots to do.

A group of friends and I had a fantastic time at this rental. We were able to stay on the property and have a relaxing time by the pool while being close enough to enjoy a nice restaurant and spend time by the water.

Brian’s house was a great place for my large family to spend a long weekend. The older furniture didn’t bother us at all-it’s unique and mostly still comfortable. However, there were some ants and stink bugs in the house, but nothing excessive/worry some. The backyard is a great large space for outdoor activities, especially with kids running around. Brian was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with.

Ideal spot and space for a group or family.
Close to everything yet very private and quiet. Rooms allowed for together and alone time. The enclosed pool and hot tub were perfect.

The house is extremely spacious and fit our three famiiles easily. The yard is fantastic and the dock is great to take kayaks off of. The upper deck is great as well with a ton of patio furniture and a grill for you to enjoy.

Beautiful property and a very unique home. The home is spacious with room for many and the deck is great for enjoying the serenity. There were a few quirky things like the kitchen being small and the utensils could use some updating. Would not hesitate to rebook here and enjoy this lovely property. Brian was fantastic to communicate with.

This home is large with ample space for our group of 6 adults and 2 dogs. We gathered for a family (isolated) Christmas due to the Omicron CoV-2 variant hitting the US. Overall it was a great space, inside and out. The title refers to to the astonishing fact that swans were often seen swimming on the water just off the home's dock and a castle (built over 100 years ago) is just across the water! Well stocked kitchen!

The house is large and clean, with multiple areas for privacy, and a great area for grilling and eating outside. The pool is large and in a very scenic part of the property. My kids loved the yard and the dock. Very convenient location. Couldn’t have been happier.
