The best experience of my life.

My entire family of 16 includes 10 Grandchildren, 3 Daughters and their Spouses. Four of my Grandchildren, two from California, one from Fla. and one from NC is testimony of the closeness of our family. Each member couldn't say enough about the house we stayed in. So spacious, room for everyone to have sleeping quarters, location was beautiful. Everything that was promised was there. You could tell the owner took pride in his properties, they where spotless and he was available with any have questions you may have, making you feel right at home. The pictures do no justice and we took a family vote and will be returning in 2019. thank you Gene for making our experience one that we will not forget.

In a word, magical. Beautiful and convenient with lots to do on the property.

Entering the property we were all delighted and instantly impressed. The great room was amazing and so eye catching. From the kitchen stocked with every utensil possible to the game room with tons of board games, the owners made our stay so convenient. The sauna and the hot tub were definitely the most talked about from the group, as it was a great way to relax after a hike. The owners were always just a quick call a way and we felt that we were all taken care. We all highly recommend this home and hope to come back and rent it again. Thank you guys so much for having us!

Great Family Getaway

Although the Memorial Day weekend rained a bit more than we would like, the house is well equipped allowing a great family time for indoor moments. Families with young kids cannot go wrong with this house. With two good TV’s in different floors, fire pit, outdoor sound system, XBOX 360, lots of board games, ping pong table, foosball table, dry sauna, a great hot tube, all the kitchen utensils one may need, this is a great alternative for large families. We share the house among three families and we are considering going back as we had a great time.

Great House for Hikers and Skiers

The house was exactly what we were looking for. It is very secluded but still centrally located to Whiteface and most of the trailheads for the High Peaks. The large hot tub and sauna were perfect remedies for sore muscles after skiing and hiking. The owner Gene was great and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances and utensils we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We were glad to have the wifi internet and satellite cable service when we needed to connect to the outside world. We extended our trip by an extra day to enjoy the 42" of snow that arrived right before we arrived. We will definitely stay again, probably in the summer or fall to enjoy the house in a different season. It has a great wrap around deck that was buried in fresh snow that will be nice to sit on during the summer.

Adirondack Adventure

This house was a perfect location for all of the adventures we had planned during our family reunion. It accommodated our large group perfectly and the views from the large wrap-around porch were beautiful. The house is very well taken care of, spacious, and comfortable.

Hidden gem

This "Hidden Gem" had everything we needed. Tucked in the heart of the Adirondacks - if you are looking for a quiet, secluded location, this is your spot. Having rented from Gene for three years, he has yet to disappoint. Extremely prompt and communicates very well, making the whole process comforting and rewarding. The house itself is amazing...spacious, everything included, awesome hot tub/sauna...what's not to love. Easy to reach Lake Placid, Whiteface, or Keene from this location. Would definitely rent again!

Great House!

This house is wonderful! Great location, plenty of space, well equipped - it is everything as advertised and more! The location was great for hiking, fishing, a trip to Burlington on the Ferry, Lake Placid etc. The house is comfortable with plenty of room to allow each of us privacy when we needed it, but a huge living, dining and kitchen area when we wanted to be together. The deck is amazing - lots of outdoor furniture and space for the kids to play. Could say so much more, but will stop here. We definitely look to come back to this house next year!!

ADK getaway

We had a great stay at this ADK backwoods house. The house sits back on a private dirt road with no neighbors around, a very private setting. House is very nice with plenty of bedrooms for sleeping large groups and a great open kitchen to entertain. Our group had an very enjoyable experience and would highly recommend. Not much around for stores was only negative we had on our trip.

Amazing stay

We loved every minute we spent at Ebs View Lodge and can’t wait to come back! Our family loved the hot tub and the fantastic views! Five stars!
