Charming Modern Clean Cabin and close to everything!

What a pleasant stay we had in this cabin. All the amenities of home. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Owners are a pleasure as well. The trek down to the water access is a bit demanding on the young at heart! Beautiful but be mindful it's not all stairs. Had a wonderful time. Thank you Cheryl and Jim for your hospitality. We'll be back next year for a longer stay!

Fantastic Place

This cabin exceeded our expectations. Very clean and beautiful inside. If I'm ever back in the Fingerlakes region, I will stay here again.

Perfect in every way!

We just got home from our stay a few hours ago and we still have smiles on our faces! Everything about this cabin was top notch - the location, the amenities, and the hospitality from Cheryl and Jim! We were within minutes of 8-10 wineries and right across the street from wonderful lake access with a private dock, gazebo, and kayaks. These dog friendly (the best part!) cabins are private, modern, luxurious, cozy and have everything you could want or need. We are already planning our next trip and will now be Cayuga Lake Cabin regulars. See you next time!

A Perfect Getaway Weekend

My Husband and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday and have a kid-free getaway...it was perfect!!! Jim and Cheryl are the nicest people and greeted us with such a warm welcome when we arrived. This was our first time to Cayuga Lake and Cheryl was super helpful in recommending things to do and places to eat prior to our arrival. The cabin is amazing, they have built a beautiful little piece of heaven!! It is very comfortable and well appointed with anything you could need. The Kitchen is well stocked with cook wear, bakeware, grilling supplies, serving wear and utensils. Our favorite part of the cabin was the outdoor fire pit, which we sat around every night having a nice time with our cabin neighbors. It's a great set-up with lots of chairs and they provide firewood. Cheryl and Jim also have a transportation company called CLC Tours and the highlight of our trip was a winery tour led by Jim. He put together an itinerary that was fantastic!! We went to 5 wineries, stopped off at Busy Bee for Lunch and even got to see the waterfall at Taughannock Falls State Park, which was breathtaking. They also offer light snacks and water on the van which is a nice touch! On our last morning we finally got to take advantage of the lake and took the Kayaks out for a spin. It is a steep walk down to the lake but I didn't find it to be an issue, it helped me to burn off the S'mores from the night before :-) The area they have down by the lake is really nice with a covered pavilion that had tables and chairs and a nice dock that goes out to the water. It truly is such a beautiful view! We had such a wonderful time at Cayuga Lake Cabins and my only complaint is that we didn't have more time to stay! We look forward to coming back to enjoy this little piece of heaven. Many thanks again Jim and Cheryl, we look forward to seeing you soon!! Kate and Dan

Friendly location and beautiful accommodations!

The cabin was clean and up to date and cozy, with everything we needed. The owners were welcoming and friendly with wine and advice about the area. We loved the porch and the fire pit, and enjoyed the whole experience !

Great Cabin

We had a great time visiting the Cayuga lake area and the cabin was very cozy and adorable. We had fun cooking in the kitchen and grilling on the grill. Played a lot of games and did a lot of hiking with the dogs and of course visiting the wineries, beautiful area!!

Terrific Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at the cabin. We were in town for Cornell's graduation and this was a perfect place for us to enjoy the Finger Lakes region. It's very near local attractions including wineries, beer gardens, etc. Cheryl & Jim were terrific hosts and personally greeted us. The cabin was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer!

It was beautiful

We've never been to this part of New York before, but we immediately fell in love with it. The drive on route 89 parallel to the lake is breathtaking. Upon arrival at the cabin, I was immediately impressed. It was such a cute spot, and very well-maintained. The cabin itself was spacious and the perfect size for our family of four. The kitchen is well-stocked with anything you may need to feel right at home. The beds are comfortable and the furniture is all in great shape. Cheryl was fantastic our whole journey, from the booking of the cabin until check-out, she answered any questions we had and even came to introduce herself after we checked in. I have never had such an amazing experience renting a house before. I hope that we get to come back in the future!

Cozy and Dog-Friendly

We booked a two-night stay at the cabin and had a wonderful time. Not only was the cabin clean and comfortable, but it was conveniently located near several wineries and beautiful scenery. Even better, we were able to take our dog! If only we had stayed longer, we would have been sure to enjoy the inviting fire pit outside while listening to the soothing sounds of the chirping crickets and trumpeting frogs. A relaxing place to enjoy nature and family, Cheryl and Jim's cabin is a perfect getaway. We look forward to coming again!
