The cottage is cozy and the community is nice. We had seven people and felt it was fine. There was plenty of space for everyone. The beach is a short walk and is next to the playground. The kids loved the activities and I simply sat under a nice tree and looked out at the beautiful lake or read as they played. Chuck is a great host who communicates well and is very willing to answer questions and help when needed.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It truly surpassed our expectations when it came to comfort and cleanliness. Everything has been updated, it is very roomy, and the view of Honeoye Lake is spectacular!! We definitely look forward to staying here next summer!!

My husband and I stayed at this comfortable and immaculate cottage for a week. The view is marvelous, the park in front is great for kids! My only problem was the spiral stairs..hard on arthritic knees. The bed was sooooo comfortable and the space open and airy! What a lovely place! The grounds are lovely, also...well cared for and pretty. The unit was well equipped. We enjoyed the enclosed front porch and spent most early mornings and evenings there. The hoist is the older style and a bit tricky but it was nice to have our boat so close. The owner was very helpful in all respects. We have already recommended this nice spot to friends. We rode into Naples, NY for Cindy's delicious red raspberry pie but other than that stayed and enjoyed the lake.

Location, Location!! This cottage was on a beautiful lot, 50 yards from Honeoye Lake. The enclosed sun room was one of my favorite features; I could read and have my cup of coffee, enjoy the lake breeze and watch the boats-very relaxing!! The cottage is very clean, has many amenities and can sleep 10, although it would be a crowded cottage!
The only downside is no air conditioning. On very muggy nights, the air is very still.
I would definitely stay here again!

The cottage was comfortable and clean. We loved the upstairs deck. We all spent a lot of time on the deck and screened front porch.
It was nice being so close to the water as well. I think more portable fans should be provided in case of extreme heat.
We enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 3 had a great week at Chuck's place on Honeoye Lake. The house faces the water, and it was wonderful to have my morning cup of tea on the sun porch or on the second floor deck. During the day, we explored the local towns. Our 10 yr old loved the the water park Roseland. There is plenty to do if you want to venture out, and we checked out several of the other lakes and even ventured to Niagara Falls one day. The house was perfect for us, it had a full kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. The stargazing at night was second to none, one of my favorite parts about the area. Chuck was a pleasure to work with and was extremely helpful and pleasant. I hope to return!

This home is exactly what you want in means of clean, quiet and relaxing. The location is perfect for a great view of the lake, especially from the upper deck. There is great fishing on the lake as well as just boating and enjoying. The upper deck, lower patio area and back yard area are all great for sitting and relaxing, day and night. The kitchen is very accommodating and modern, making cooking very simple and a pleasure.
Sleeping areas and bedding were excellent too!
The owner, Chuck, was very friendly and easy to work with. He was prompt in his replies regarding his property and a pleasure to rent from.
