Don’t pass this place up!

Great large piece of property and the cleanest place ever that we have ever rented! Owner replies quickly and the Gate house where we stayed on the property was perfect! You even have a patio behind the house with a grill for warm months! The view of the water is terrific & everything you’d need for your stay is right there in the house. He has several buildings on the property and it’s quiet as away from main road! Greenport is not far from the property for stores & places to eat! Wineries (50 of them are in the area) if interested in tasting some great wines! Owner is very pleasant & aims to please renters! Thanks, Patrick for renting to us & our pets and for a great visit! It was wonderful! Len & Sandra

Would come back again

My girlfriends and I had a great time at the house. The location is great and the grounds are beautiful. Highly recommended.

Can't wait to come back

We're so glad we discovered Pat and his property! This was the perfect weekend getaway; perfectly quiet and secluded but a walk to town and short distance to so many great things to see and do (not to mention the private beach). Everyone from my toddler, to my dog, to my parents were very happy. Pat was very welcoming and let us tour the farmhouse when it wasn't occupied - we've been brainstorming the next time we can come back since. Thank you!

Magical place!

What a dreamy nostalgic place! The huge territory on a lovely tranquil seashore, the cozy, convenient, tastefully decorated house, the friendliest owner who created such a relaxing experience for us and our little dog - everything was perfect! And it is just minutes away from a charming village of Greenport with nice restaurants and grocery stores with the freshest produce I ever bought!

Beautiful little home near the beach. Clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this property.
