We like the house very much. Love the all around deck. The upper deck is even much better because we were able to see the sunset. Liked the openness of the main floor-dining area, kitchen & living room. Plenty of light coming in because of the 3 sliding doors. All the 4 bedrooms are good size & nicely decorated. The house was spotless. We enjoyed our stay very much. Will surely come back.

This house was great - very comfortable for 8 people. The kitchen has all of the equipment we needed to successfully cook all of our meals. The deck and balcony are amazing spaces to enjoy the outdoors. The living room is very comfortable. I would absolutely book this house again.

This house looks even better than the photos. There is a property manager who lives in the basement but it’s completely seperate from the house. So close to town. Large bedrooms very clean and spacious. Also an outdoor shower! Porch was the best part.

This is the second time renting from this property and my family can't get enough of this house! It is an amazing home! The house is clean and beautiful with comfortable beds and stocked kitchen. We will be renting again soon

My family and I had a wonderful stay! We had a small group, just 4 of us with our puppy and the house easily had room for more. We met some friends from home while we were out in Montauk and invited them over to BBQ and had a lovely evening. The house is not far from the Crabby Cowboy which has great food and outdoor seating, Inlet Seafood is down the road and Gin Beach which is on the Sound Side, very rocky, but calm waters and beautiful views of fishing boats coming in and out of the harbor. I would definitely stay at this house again, the rate is fair and the property had great location and was clean and comfortable!
