I highly recommend this home. The house was perfect size and a great layout (large kitchen, living space and bedrooms). The house was very clean and the property kept perfectly. Great location, too! Property owner/manager extremely responsive and helpful. Excellent experience!

Perfect weekend. Right across from lake montauk. Beautiful sunset from upstairs deck. Entire house is clean. A lot of natural light. Wraparound Deck downstairs to hang out is ideal. 5min ride to ditch plains. Did not see property manager who lives in lower level of house. Overall 10/10 weekend. Only downside is no recycling but We simply brought ours home with us.

Our stay was nothing less than perfect! The house was super clean and perfectly stocked with cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, towels, extra blankets and pillows and so much more. The house is just a quick drive from town which was super convenient! Both the owner and property manager are super nice and easy to get in touch with. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to get away with their family. Dog friendly was the big perk for us :) our doggie enjoyed it just as much as we did. This property definitely exceeded our expectations and made our vacation complete. Also they forget to mention the amazing sunset view that you see right from the living room / porch every single night!!! It was beautiful! (One side note.. don’t over pack the fridge like we did because it didn’t stay that cold at that point.) Otherwise, we highly recommend staying here.

Aisjas house was wonderful! Comfortable beds! So clean and stocked with kitchen items! We enjoyed BBQing and hanging out on the deck. Aisja was prompt to respond to any questions and very accommodating. Would happily rent here again.

I rented Aisja’s house for a weekend in August. It was everything we hoped for and more. Well maintained home, clean, great for a small group or family. It was the perfect Montauk getaway. Sunset is beautiful on the decks and the outdoor space is fantastic. Aisja was a great communicator - would definitely rent again!!

Upon walking into the Deerfield Cottage in Montauk you notice how immaculate the home is. Kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary conveniences, just need food and we bought a lot. The wrap around deck was awesome and my favorite spot either with coffee in morning or crisp cold glass of Chardonnay in the evening. We had 8 people in our group and didn’t feel crowded at all. Everyone had their space. The downstairs was recently updated and tastefully done. The upstairs bathroom needs updating and maybe a ceiling light in bedrooms a bit dark in the evening. We bought our bicycles hoping to ride to Gin beach, but it was too busy road. We had a beautiful week and were able celebrate the gender reveal of my granddaughter and grandson arriving in November. Definitely recommend this home and Ajisha was wonderful to work with.
