Welcome to Brant Lake Retreat, a spacious Adirondack lodge and newly refurbished guest house (fully renovated in 2026) located just minutes from Brant Lake and Gore Mountain. Ideal for family reunions, ski trips, and group getaways, this private retreat includes two homes that can be rented together or separately, comfortably accommodating larger groups while still offering space and privacy. The main house sleeps 17 and the guest house sleeps 8.

Set on a peaceful wooded property in the Adirondack Park, the retreat offers a quiet escape while remaining close to outdoor recreation and the conveniences of nearby towns.

Two Homes – Ideal for Groups

The property includes a Main Lodge and a separate Guest House, creating a layout that works especially well for multi-family vacations, retreats, or gatherings with friends.

The Main Lodge

The main lodge serves as the central gathering space and features four bedrooms plus a lofted sleeping area. Designed with classic Adirondack character, the home includes warm wood finishes, comfortable living areas, and large windows that bring in natural light and views of the surrounding forest.

The open living and dining area provides plenty of room for relaxing together after a day outdoors, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for the group.

Guests can relax in the hot tub and enjoy the peaceful Adirondack setting.

The Guest House – Fully Refurbished in 2026

The separate guest house was completely refurbished in 2026, offering fresh interiors and comfortable accommodations for additional guests. It’s ideal for couples or family members who would appreciate their own space while still being close to the main lodge. This house sleeps 8, is a fully outfitted home, and can be rented separately, if desired.

Lake Access & Outdoor Living

Guests have access to a shared private waterfront area on Brant Lake, which includes a dock, designated swimming area, and watercraft such as kayaks and paddleboards. The waterfront area is located 1 mile from the house. It’s a perfect place to swim, paddle, fish, or simply relax by the water.

The surrounding property offers plenty of space to walk, explore, and enjoy the quiet natural setting.

Please Note: Accidental Damage Protection

For a $59 fee per stay, your reservation includes Accidental Damage Protection up to $1,500. This covers life’s little accidents (like a broken glass, stained linen, or a bumped lamp) so you can relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about unexpected repair costs.

Coverage applies to unintentional damage only and does not include intentional damage, theft, smoking/pet violations, or excessive cleaning. All damages must be reported during your stay to qualify (full details are included in the rental agreement).
