Description

Pharaoh View Lodge is a large Adirondack camp suited to be used by a large/extended family, several families, a retreat or business group, friends for a reunion or a religious group, all of whom are looking for a facility large enough to accommodate a group of up to twenty-eight persons.

In addition to the multiple bedrooms and baths(see paragraph below*), the smoke-free lodge houses a modern kitchen, dining area that looks out upon an open deck and the beautiful lake and mountains, and a large Adirondack living room with a stone, woodburning fireplace.

Guests can enjoy Brant Lake both Summer and Winter. Ice fishing is popular in the winter and water sports dominate during the summer. Gore Mountain ski resort is twenty minutes away and Lake Placid is a little more than an hour drive time.

Queensbury's discount shopping malls are nearby and the social activities of Lake George are less than 30 minutes away. Hiking trails, mountain view rides, quaint villages, rolling streams and lakes and an occasional viewing of a black bear or wolf are all part of the beauty and pleasure of a vacation at Pharaoh View Lodge.

*Bedroom Configuration: 1 Queen suite; 2 king suites; 1 Dbl suite; 1 MS with 1Q, 1Dbl, & 1 Single with jacuzzi bath; 1Q & 1S with shared bath ; 1 Dbl with shared bath ; 1 Dbl in Loft with shared bath. Suite = private bath.

Towels are not provided, please plan to bring them.

There is a $700 refundable security deposit and cleaning fee due 4 months before your arrival date. Maximum deducted for cleaning is $200. Tenant remains liable for all damage.

Initial Deposit is $1,000 and balance is due 4 months prior to your date of arrival.

Brant Lake stay

We really enjoyed all the boating and swimming activities and access to the lake. The house was great and there was plenty of lawn for the kids to play in.

Perfect Week

The photos do not do this property justice. The house is amazing, the space is perfect. You can be together or find your own space. They provide 4 kayaks, a row boat, a canoe, corn hole game, volleyball net, and the wood for the firepit.
The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook. We never ate out, we enjoyed the kitchen amenities and the BBQ on the deck.
We are all talking about going back next year. If you are considering this property, I highly recommend you just book it. You wont regret it.

Fall getaway

We rented Pharaohs Lodge for a girls weekend getaway ! The Lodge was very clean and spacious, with plenty of room for 12 woman and 2 infants. The weather was chilly the weekend we arrived so we took full advantage of the fireplace and the fire pit on the beach. We used the available canoes and kayaks during the day and the grill and indoor fireplace at night. There are 3 refrigerators which was helpful since we love to cook. We loved our stay and wish we had more time to enjoy all the property has to offer!

Great Family Gathering

My siblings and I rented the house for a weekend to celebrate our parents’ 80th birthdays. The house slept 21 adults and children very comfortably. A large kitchen, great room and multiple refrigerators throughout make it very nice to entertain. Weather was beautiful allowing us to take advantage of the expansive yard and lake. It was a very blessed weekend.

Beautiful place!

This like house was everything my family was hoping for and more! It was spacious enough for us to have our own area. We had a great time having fires at night in the backyard and taking out the boats on the lake during the day. It is a beautiful and relaxing getaway! The house was in perfect condition and had TVs for entertainment if needed. The indoor fireplace was also a nice thing to have at night. I would highly recommend staying in this home. We received a call the same day we arrived to make sure everything was okay and I thought that was very nice. You won’t be disappointed renting this house!

Good value for your money

Property has a classic charm, homey atmosphere and very ideal for family re-unions (which is what we had).
Rooms are clean and cozy, beds are soft with a fresh, clean sheets at check-in. Everything you need is available in the kitchen and theres no shortage of activities (watch, read, billiards, kayak, boating, swimming, corn hole, etc.)
I was able to reach the property owner for questions and he is very courteous and pleasant to speak with. All our concerns were addressed by VRBO and the property owner.
Overall, only good memories on this trip and would highly recommend.

Perfect in every way!

Pharaoh View Lodge was a wonderful getaway and we would highly recommend it for anyone looking for peace, quiet, and adventure! The entire house was extremely accommodating with plenty of space and amenities. It's absolutely gorgeous and even better in person.

We would highly recommend choosing this spot as your next vacation stay whether it's with your family or a reunion - the views are incredible and the location can't be beat! Thanks so much for opening your home to us!
