Our home is perfect for large groups with 5 bedrooms, private outdoor furniture w/ firepit, arcade room for kids, large living room, 2 dining areas, wrap-around porch, and ample parking.

The space
Welcome to my Adirondack escape — the perfect place to host your crazy family! The outdoor amenities are truly exceptional with a newly updated wrap-around porch and outdoor fire pit area, all on a large 4-acre yard with a small pond. In the home, you'll notice the quaint style from the days the property was a bed & breakfast.
It was previously called, The Butterfly Inn, be on the lookout for all the original butterfly art throughout the home. Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a home-cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner.
Plus, we have two 6-person dining areas off the kitchen to ensure everyone has a seat at the table. Kids get a whole area to themselves and *away from you* :) in our game room with both foosball, arcade games, and a SmartTV. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and the three others are located just upstairs.

A great place to stay
Great place to stay. There were several of us working in the area. It was nice to each have our own bedroom and bathroom while still having several common areas to relax in the evening together.

The best vacation rental experience I've ever had!
By far the best vacation rental experience I’ve ever had. The place was clean and matched the description. Family from all over the country got together for a wedding down the road. Everyone that stayed was happy and comfortable from age 2 to 82!
Thank you for a great stay! We want to get the family back together there next year.

We enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed our 2 days here. The location is perfect if you are planning to go on whitewater rafting trips nearby, and is setup to house a group of friends or a family. We enjoyed the arcade Marvel vs Capcom arcade game. The fire pit in yard made was great for gathering a night. Justin communicated well and was highly responsive.
Note that you're booking a rural home that used to be a bed & breakfast. With that in mind, you're booking a somewhat rustic and quirky spot. But that's ok because thats what you are looking for!
Pros:
- super close to town for buying supplies
- close to out door activities
- plenty of communal space both inside and outside
- great for stargazing and you may even see some wild deer
Cons:
- the internet isn't super fast, making streaming or video conferences difficult, but Justin assures us it's being looked at / fixed.
- water pressure is a bit low, but to be expected
- larger guests may have challenges fitting into some smaller showers/bathroom

Fantastic choice for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway
I highly recommend this location, especially if you're planning a visit to Lake George. The place is truly wonderful for a family trip. The outdoor area features a firepit, which was perfect for enjoying some s'mores. The Wi-Fi connection was also excellent, and the amenities provided were exactly as described. Parking was more than adequate. Additionally, the presence of an arcade added to the overall experience. If you're looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway, this location is a fantastic choice.

Great place for large families
Justin's home is a great place for large families. it's located in a private setting and is very close to Lake George. the nearest grocery store is about 3 miles and there is ample parking in the house. Overall house is good with most of the amenities but does not feature a good game room for a large house. Rooms are nice and compact. The lack of air conditioning in the common areas is a bit of an issue when it gets warm outside. apart from that the House is a good place for large groups to come together and stay. there is a large backyard area which can be used for playing outdoor games etc.
