MY FRIEND AND 2 VISITORS WERE ALL MUCH IMPRESSED WITH THE COTTTAGE, THE VIEW, EASY ACESS OVER THE GRASSY PARK TO THE LAKE AND BOAT DOCK,
THE NEW MODERN KITCHEN,COMFORTABLE BEDS, THE NEARBY BEACH, ETC.
THE EMBERS RESTAURANT IN LIVONIA IS RECOMMENDED
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY.

5 guys on bicycles to enjoy the FingerLakes--great time at this rental--A well tended lawn and accent wild grasses welcomes you to this lovely cottage which is on a grassy small park that abuts the waterfront---all business on the bikes(no winery tour) 55-60miles/day..means we needed a comfortable place to kick back and indeed this was a great spot..well maintained with plenty of sleeping options-- a morning swim across the lake was a treat--we'll be BAAAAAAK!

Cottage was nice, well-kept, clean (as was the property). Big open green-space out front of the cottage great for kids.
If you are looking for a week of swimming, hanging out on the beach though, this isn't the place for you. The beach is rocky, and the water was murky half of the week.
Best-suited for one family.
Would be great for those wanting to get out fishing.
The area is beautiful. Cottage is close to amenities.

Rent for 2 years in the row; had family visit and they thought it was a great deal. My nephews have made permanent friends with some of the kids up there,in which they text each other hoping for summer to visit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just returned from an amazing week on Honeoye Lake in this adorable lake home. It was the perfect home away from home. It was very clean and comfortable. The view both upstairs and down is breathtaking. The yard is spacious and the landscaping is beautiful. We actually had my daughter's family birthday party while we there so it was the perfect location for a family gathering. If you have children, there's a park right outside the front door with swings, volleyball net and a basketball court with plenty of room to play. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and was surprised at how much we caught. Overall, we loved this house and would definitely rent it again.

The cottage was clean and very well equipped. Even when it rained, it was pleasant to remain indoors. We loved sitting on the porch and looking at the lake. The peace and quiet in the neighborhood were very soothing. While there is not much to do in the town itself, we found plenty of wonderful things to do within a few minutes of driving. Fresh corn at roadside stands, roasted in the fire pit was a special treat. The washer and dryer were a huge help and being able to offer a teenager her own room was a great plus. We had a wonderful vacation.

I stayed at this property with my husband, mother-in-law, and two children (6&11 year olds) for 2 weeks. Overall, our stay was a pleasant one. The house is charming and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with most of the necessities provided by the owner. Beds were comfortable to sleep on. A few days were really really hot, wished there was another AC other than the one on the second floor but we did OK with the fans that were available. Thankfully the heat wave only lasted a few days. Another downside (though out of the owner’s control) was the lake. Unfortunately, it had blue algae throughout our stay and we couldn’t fully enjoy it. On the positive note, there are many other things to do in the area as long as you have your car. And there are plenty of other lakes nearby that are clean. Ask Chuck for suggestions if you need any. Also, we rented the row boat from Chuck for a week which we did use a few times on Honeoye Lake.
Thank you, Chuck for letting us use your home for our family vacation. We, truly appreciate all you did for us!
